Η Nova Πατησίων έχει γεμίσει τις πολυκατοικίες επί της Πατησίων, Αχαρνών, Αγιου Μελετίου και πέριξ με μεγάλες αυτοκόλλητες αφίσες στις εισόδους. Επιθετική προσέγγιση, παλιομοδίτικη "προώθηση" / ρύπανση και, φαντάζομαι, αναποτελεσματική διαφήμιση στην τελική. Απευθύνεστε σε ανθρώπους που μπορούν να γκουγκλάρουν τις υπηρεσίες σας και να συγκρίνουν τιμές. Κρατήστε αυτό το μπάτζετ για να ρίξετε τις τιμές ή να προσλάβετε υπαλλήλους αντί να μας βρωμίζετε τις πολυκατοικίες.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Nova in hopes that it may help others make informed decisions.

After my phone was stolen, I contacted Nova to have my new SIM card activated. Unfortunately, the process has been far more difficult than expected. Despite multiple calls over the course of six days, I have yet to be connected. I was told I would receive a verification call, but no clear timeframe was provided, leaving me tethered to my computer for 24 hours, uncertain of when—or if—the call would come.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of responsiveness and empathy from customer service. My repeated requests to be contacted at a reachable number within a reasonable window were not acknowledged, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously.

I understand that technical and procedural delays can happen, but I believe that timely communication and a more client-centered approach could have made a significant difference. I hope Nova takes this feedback to heart and improves its support systems to better serve customers during stressful situations.

Absolute dogshit internet, payed 18e for unlimited internet for 7 days and its absolute trash. It says 5g but it completely unusable. Dont buy this operator its scam. 5g my ass, 3g in fkn Serbia works better. Once again absolute shit dont buy anything

Δεν έχει παρακάτω απο 1 αστέρι για να βάλω δυστυχώς, μεγάλοι scammers, δεν σε αφήνουν κυριολεκτικά να ακυρώσεις την σύνδεση σου και η όλη επικοινωνία, ο Θεός να την κάνει είναι αισχρή και προσανατολισμένη στο να σε εξαπατήσουν. Ήμουνα 20 λεπτά στο τηλέφωνο, μίλησα με το ρομποτ και άλλους 3 εκπρόσωπους για να μου πουν τελικά πως θα πρέπει να πάω στο κατάστημα για να ακυρώσω. Ο ένας με συνέδεε στον άλλο, έπρεπε να κάνω κάθε φορά ταυτοποίηση για να μου πουν αυτό..Πάω απο το κατάστημα κάνει το αίτημα αυτός και μου λέει θα ακυρωθεί μετά 3 μήνες η συνδεση..Γιατί λέω εγώ, θα σας καλέσουν μου λέει σε δύο μέρες αν όχι καλέστε εσείς. Καλώ εγώ, αφού δεν με καλέσαν με χρέωση 10 ευρώ απο άλλο πάροχο τηλεφωνίας, μιλάω με το ρομποτ πάλι και τελικά με μία εκπρόσωπο που μου λέει α, έκλεισε το τμήμα και υθα καλέσετε αύριο για την ακήυρωση του ιντερνετ. Καλώ σήμερα, περιμένω πόση ώρα, μιλάω με το ρομποτ, ξαναπεριμένω και με πετάει έξω η γραμμή..Πάω στο online chat, μιλάω με ένα ρομποτ πάλι και ύστερα με ένα υπάλληλο του λεω γιατι δεν με πήρατε τηλέφωνο και τα τραβαω αυτα αφου απλά θελω να ακυρωσω την συνδεση του ιντερνετ αμεσα, εγινε η ακυρωσει λεει. Τι εννοειες του λεω, ο υπαλληλος στο μαγαζι και η κοπελα στο τηλεφωνο μου ειπαν θα ακυρωθει μετα 3 μηνες και πως πρεπει να μιλησω μαζι σας για να γινει αμεσα αλλα δεν με καλεσατε. Ναι λεει για να ακυρωθει αμεσα θελει υπευθυνη δηλωση και ταυτοτητα...Δηλαδη επρεπε να του το πω αυτο για να μου πει να ειναι αληθεια δεν εχει γινει η ακυρωση, αλλιως θα εκλεινε το παραθυρο του τσατ και δεν θα μου το ελεγε ο ψευτης ο υπαλληλος που τους κανουν εκπαιδευση μονο για μας εξαπατησουν. Επρεπε να γραψω υπευθυνη δηλωση και να στειλω την ταυτοτημα μου λες και δεν την εχουν ή λες και η υπευθυνη δηλωση απο μονη της δεν πιστοποιει την εγκυροτητα των στοιχειων ταυτοπροσωπιας. Οι ποταποί. ΄Επρεπε να το περασω ολο αυτο, εχω ξοδεψει ποσες ωρες, λεφτα και δεν ξερω τι αλλο για να εχω δικαιωμα να θελω να ακυρωσω τη συνδεση μου...Μονο βιομετρικα στοιχεια δεν ζητησαν για να προχωρησουν την αιτηση. Απατεωνες, ψευτες και πανακριβοι αφου αλλοι παροχοι δινουν μισες τιμες για διπλασιες υπηρεσιες. Κανονικα πρεπει να τους κναουμε ομαδικες μηνυσεις.

Χρησιμοποιώ την υπηρεσία nova Tv για πάνω από μια δεκαετία,έως εδώ μια χαρά.
Τα προβλήματα άρχησαν στις 4/7/25 όταν επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για να μεταφέρω και το σταθερό τηλέφωνο σε ένα ολοκληρωμένο πακέτο υπηρεσίας.Να αναφέρω ότι το πακέτο nova Tv που είχα ήταν το plus μαζί μετά κανάλια της COSMOTE sport με τιμή 23,55€.
Μετά από δύο μέρες με ειδοποίησαν ότι η περιοχή μου δεν είναι διαθέσιμη και δεν μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν τις ταχύτητες ίντερνετ που ήθελαν,έτσι η όλη συμφωνία έπεσε στο κενό.Εντωμεταξύ χωρίς κανένα λόγο λόγο μου άλλαξαν το πακέτο nova plus,σε απλό.
Ενα μήνα τώρα με αρκετά τηλέφωνα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και άπειρες επισκέψεις σε καταστήματα της nova,άκρη δεν έβγαλα.Θελουν να μου συνδέσουν την υπηρεσία plus με έξτρα κόστος στα 28€.Για κάτι το οποίο δεν ευθύνομαι εγώ με αναγκάζουν να πληρώσω επιπλέον για μια υιτην οποία είχα και την άλλαξαν παρανόμως χωρίς δική μου υπαιτιότητα.

Trash connection! Talking with the employees dont wish/wont to solve problems! Very bad service! Do not even think about it having a contract with them!

Cheaters! Bad internet and terrible service. I wanted to cancel my internet connection, which was so poor that I had to purchase an additional one from another company (I work online, so I need good internet). NOVA was never able to fix it properly. Over the last few months, I have been called three times, stating that I do not want to extend. They said I could not cancel till today, August 7, 2025. In the office on Chios Island we were told the subscription has been extended. What a fraud!!!!!

Zero customer service with bots, they cannot help or even discuss or search the technical issues.

Horrible experience. I needed an eSIM card. I already have a phone number with them, but they told me that if I don’t buy a plan and go through the “SIMVulio” process, they won’t give me an eSIM card!

I went to another company and they gave me an eSIM in 5 minutes — no extra subscription required!

Who are these people?!
And the fact that I already had a number with them and just needed to transfer it… Unbelievable.

Worst company in greece for internet services perma lagging on 100 mbps service customer service is TRASH noones cares u dont have the internet u pay for AVOID THIS COMPANY

I've been waiting over two weeks for them to fix the internet, and the issue still isn't resolved. The technical team has been disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional throughout the process. While the customer service agents on the 13700 line are polite, they haven’t been able to provide any real solutions. Disappointing experience — avoid if possible.

I am a customer for over 20 years. I have had a mobile phone with a card that I top up every month. The card finished last night and they stole 2 euros from my account and gave me 1 giga bite. I was going to top it up later but they took it upon themselves to use my money how they saw fit. I called to complain and the woman on the phone could not help me. She brushed me off and hung up. I will change companies.

This company is a joke, ive had a problem with the internet for 9 months, called them numerous times. We found a "solution" by intergrating 5g home internet but that didnt work also. Internet is worse now, its very laggy and disconnects alot. I called them again telling them ive been having this problem alot, after 4 calls they told me that IN MY AREA, 5G IS NOT COMPATABLE AND ITS ONLY 4G SO THE EQUIPMENT IS USELESS...... THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY THEY MADE A MISTAKE THAT THEY RECOMMENDED ME THAT EQUIPMENT THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE OTHER NUMBER (not for technical issues) TO MAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT AND CHANGE IT FROM 5G HOME INTERNET THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ANY HELP.... THEY DONT DESERVE ANY MONEY AND IM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER COMPANY

A company who tells you the day you sign, through your contract you will be able to talk to EU and it’s included, and after that they charge you 10€ a month is not to be trusted. They are part of the worst companies. And I will never be a client again.

The absolute worst customer service. Completely unorganized, waiting for two months for internet and telephone service.
Beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favour and go to any other phone company. This company has no idea what they’re doing
