I used Nova when purchasing my home. Shaahid and Rajitha were great, keeping me informed throughout the process. There were a few occasions when I had extra questions or concerns about what was happening and I received clear and helpful answers, which I really appreciated. When it came time to exchange contracts my team went out of their way to ensure everything got done that day, avoiding any delays to completion.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I instructed Nova to handle the conveyancing for my property sale following a recommendation from my estate agent. At the time, Nova advertised a target completion time of 12 weeks, which they claimed was 20% faster than the industry average of 16 weeks.
We are now approaching 17 weeks and I still do not have an exchange or completion date.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of urgency and proactive communication. An email was sent to the housing association on 23 July requesting an outstanding Deed of Covenant and a response to another query. Nearly three weeks later, we are still waiting. I have repeatedly had to ask what is happening, whether matters are being chased and whether anyone is actually picking up the phone to try to move things forward.
I completely understand that solicitors cannot control how quickly third parties respond. What they can control, however, is how proactively they chase, escalate and communicate when a transaction is being held up.
My buyer’s tenancy is coming to an end and my family’s belongings have been packed in boxes for the past four weeks because we were led to believe we were close to completion. The continued delays and uncertainty have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
For a company that promotes itself on speed of completion, my experience has unfortunately been the complete opposite. Based on the service I have received, I could not recommend Nova for conveyancing.

easy and seamless…
I had a very easy and seamless experience with Nova. My account was assigned to Sumaiya S and Zahra M, who were both excellent. They communicated with me regularly by phone and email, keeping me informed throughout the entire process.

An excellent and Proactive Account Team
I would like to take the opportunity to thank the account team that looked after me during the sale of my Mum and Dad's property, we initially had another Account Manager but Brian Ricardo ( Acct Manager`) took over and became my point of contact and he was excellent, he always picked up the phone, where I know others would have just emailed, when I had a challenge or a query he would not only deal with it but would call me to tell me what was happening.
