Great work
Great work, excellent team, Michael, Umar and Nishanth have been outstanding, using Nova conveyancer to represent me in the selling of my property was a great choice. The Team are very professional, informative, supportive and knowledgeable in their field of business. From the beginning of the sale to exchanging of contracts and completion they were fantastic. They work well with the buyers team and also with the estate agents team, two great gentleman from Acorn Bruno and Jack who were also hardworking and wonderful team.

We had a very pleasant experience with Nova Legal, supporting the purchase of our first home. We weren’t very experienced in the mortgage process, therefore we are grateful we had people such as Sajith and Aroshika to guide us through the process, they were both patient and kind while being informative and mindful of the stressful process we were going through.
Sajith was very prompt at calling/emailing to start the process and the it was a very smooth and fast process from our side of the legal aspects, we were almost ready to complete the sale within a month which is amazing.
Aroshika was very quick to respond to any emails, keep us as informed as possible and reassure us during moments of uncertainty. Aroshika understood our position if the sale was not able to be completed on the agreed date and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure this was able to be achieved.
Thank you to the team at Nova, while being mainly online and contacted via phone/email, the service was easy to navigate with a good online system which shows live updates and also the team were easily reachable via phone and email.
Thank you for all the guidance and support and being patient with us through our many questions. We appreciate the hard work you put in and we love our new home so massive thanks!
We would definitely recommend this company.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nova throughout the purchase of our first home.
We went through Habito, who allocated Nova to handle our conveyancing, and honestly, Nova was one of the best parts of the entire home-buying process. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, transparent and supportive, always managing our expectations and keeping us informed, even when there were unexpected delays and complications along the way.
A very special thank you to Sumaiya Shabdeen and Zahra Mamon, who were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was always clear, honest and reassuring, and they were consistently responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. We never felt left in the dark, which made a huge difference during what can otherwise be a very stressful process.
They genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving and, most importantly, made us feel that our purchase was in safe hands. The care, transparency and level of service we received from Sumayia and Zahra were exceptional.

Poor communication from beginning to end!
Communication from the beginning was very poor. We had to make numerous phone calls to try to find out any updates with the proceedings. We asked for weekly updates but this wasn't forthcoming; very hit and miss! When we were with another department in the process, it took 4 weeks before the conveyancing woman touched base with us via email. She was also very poor at responding to emails; taking days if not over a week at times. No apologies for the lack of time delay.
Our sale via auction was due to probate yet the generic email when we finally did complete was in poor taste! Stating that, 'this is a fantastic milestone and one that is truly worth celebrating'. They did not take the time to review if this was the best way to congratulate someone who is grieving. Therefore, they lacked sensitivity on this occasion and generally speaking, I felt the whole process stressful due to the amount of phone calls and chase up emails we had to endure to gain any clarity on our situation.

Great Experience with Nova!
Nova Legal were great with handling the purchase of our new home. As first time buyers they made everything feel easy to manage. Mahiru our conveyancer and Noor our case manager, were always happy to help us with anything we needed and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with how Nova legal handled everything. They worked fast and we could have exchanged and completed our sale within 5-6 weeks, but due to waiting on final enquiries that pushed our time line a bit further forward. I would definitely recommend Noor and Mahiru from Nova!

I used Nova when purchasing my home. Shaahid and Rajitha were great, keeping me informed throughout the process. There were a few occasions when I had extra questions or concerns about what was happening and I received clear and helpful answers, which I really appreciated.
