When I signed up with Muve /Nova I did not know what to expect and for the first few months things were very complicated & there was a change of conveyancer .
Selling a shared ownership property also comes with an added layer of 3rd party complexity to say this was a massive learning curve with many twists and turns making it a the most challenging of conveyances I can now safely say that Anjalee Daluwaththa & Chenura Hettiarachchi came through for me and gave 100% to my file they persevered when it got tough and against all the odds my sale & purchase were completed

Umar and Zeishan were fantastic throughout the sale of my flat. They kept me updated with weekly updates, letting me know of any documents that were needed and always being a friendly phone call away from any concerns I had.
They also navigated some potentially tricky work as the flat is impacted by Building Safety issues, but this wasn't a problem at all thanks to their attention to detail and professionalism.

I recently completed my house purchase and had a very positive experience with Nova Legal. Buying a home can be stressful, but the team made the process feel much smoother from start to finish.

Nova legal did a fantastic job assisting me with the sale of my rental property. Great team and full commitment throughout
First of all the state of the UK housing market allowed for our case to be in progress for 15 months! During which we lost two buyers and two purchase’s both after searches were paid for. If you’re selling a house do it because you are committed to moving.
We first engaged with Nova when they were known as Muve. We were allocated dedicated coordinators Asjaadh and Vishale for the full process they were engaging, supporting and focused on driving the process. The communication was consistent, transparent and approachable. We dealt with many members of the team at various stages and all were incredibly responsive and maintained a strong level of professionalism and courtesy throughout.
From the bottom of our hearts a great big thank you. You looked after us even when buyers requests became increasingly opportunistic.
I would recommend them 100%, and if I ever have the stupid idea to move again I know who I will be using!
Keep up the good work.
Edit: Reading the other reviews reminded me of one criticism I do have. Docusign is dreadful, for any strategic decision makers within Nova look at alternatives the system is not intuitive or logical at all.

I had two very different experiences…
I had two very different experiences with Nova. The first, for a chain that collapsed, was mostly ok. Though the account manager asked me to step in at one point because they felt one of the estate agents was bullying them, and their email address format changed, they told no one, so the documents they needed were all going to bounced back email addresses.
The second time was an utter disaster. Nova use a security platform called Thirdfort to support compliance checks, and there was some sort of fault with that platform. It refused to accept that the deposit for a house purchase could be equity from another house. They called to explain. I thought to myself that this is an easy remedy, because humans. So, I sent all of my documentation to the compliance team. Memorandum of Sale, Mortgage Redemption Statement, payslips, bank statements.
I waited a week, and then had another message repeating the same thing, telling me that I could not evidence my deposit (for reference, equity and savings equated to 4x the deposit amount).
I responded to say I was unimpressed at this, and confused. They then called again, and this time told me the system would not link to bank accounts and that this was my fault, rather abruptly.
So, I have cancelled my contract with them for this purchase, and I have gone with a local firm instead.
I cannot recommend.

Nova Legal made what is usually a stressful process feel straightforward.
