Awful experience when getting my car fixed as it had a dangerous issue caused by their mobile tyre fitter. On the day the car was booked in to be fixed novuna employee 'accidentally' pressed the decline button on their approval system which meant the garage couldn't do the work. Waste of a journey and whole day for me. I was left calling them everyday for hours on end to find somewhere to get the problem fixed. No accountability from them and still no reply to my complaint.

Answered call instantly. Was able to change my payment dates with no hassle. Quick, easy, friendly service. Huge shoutout to Nicola Broughton who dealt with my query. Amazing customer service.

Shambles of a company. If I had the power to do anything I'd strip them of the contract they have with british gas. My van was booked in for service and mot.so I requested a van hire for the day. When get there. Thre was no van. When I contacted them. They said they attempted to deliver the van on monday(bank holiday) obviously the garage was closed. So they just didn't both to attempt to drop it off again the following day. When I contacted them they didn't take any responsibility at all. So as a result of there lack of ability to read a calander. I lost a day work. Bare in mind it took me 30 min to get there as the garage was no where near my home.
