2.5 hours after reporting the breakdown the car was being collected and I was on my way home in an Uber. The only thing was them being unable to deliver a hire car on a Sunday. Taking a taxi an hour out of my way to collect one from Birmingham airport wasn't suitable. I was happy with the alternative of RAC getting me an Uber home.

Excellent and professional service

Awful experience when getting my car fixed as it had a dangerous issue caused by their mobile tyre fitter. On the day the car was booked in to be fixed novuna employee 'accidentally' pressed the decline button on their approval system which meant the garage couldn't do the work. Waste of a journey and whole day for me. I was left calling them everyday for hours on end to find somewhere to get the problem fixed. No accountability from them and still no reply to my complaint.

Answered call instantly. Was able to change my payment dates with no hassle. Quick, easy, friendly service. Huge shoutout to Nicola Broughton who dealt with my query. Amazing customer service.
