My Experience with National Retail Solutions has been frustrating and disappointing. this has been one of the worst business decision I've ever made. while the National Retail Solution is unreliable, overprice, and far from the "easy, all-in-one POS solution", it claims to be. It falls short in several important areas.
Customer support is even worse. Getting help is difficult, responses are slow. and when you finally do reach someone, the issue often isn't resolved. for something as critical as a payment system, that level of support is unacceptable.
On top of that the pricing is misleading, what looks affordable at first quickly turns into a pile of extra fees, and you don't get nearly enough value in return.
Overall, I strongly regret choosing NRS. It's frustrating to use. poorly supported, and not worth the money. i would not recommend it to anyone running a serious business.

as pos system is okay but customer servicers it is no good at all and waiting time on call too long and sometime no one answer and too much fee for service I keep calling and I have to many case numbers , your company still my money

ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEY KEPT CHANGING YOU EVEN YOU HAVE NO SERVICE. WHEN CALLED, THEY KEPT TRANSFERRING TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. They constantly have problems. I have had 2 business set up with them for almost 7 years and the tech support is useless most of the time. I have had inventory issues where for almost 3 months no inventory was being tracked and then I had to audit my whole store of over 3000 items to correct the issue. When I asked at least not to pay my $99 for the month that the system was down they said you are renting the license and that has nothing to do with if the cloud is working or not. I run my business remotely and I have been logged out of my app and the portal for almost 2 weeks and counting. This has happened several times before but never this long. I always hear my ticket is high priority and I will get a call back from a technician but in 7 years with this mickey mouse company I have not received one call back or ever successfully got a hold of a manager. Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and spend $4,000 to buy a pos from a different company that works and cares about their customers and their businesses
