I recently had the opportunity to take a defensive driving course with NTSI. The self-paced nature of the course was a major plus. As someone with a busy schedule, I appreciated the flexibility to complete the coursework on my own time. The course was broken down into manageable sections, each of which contained valuable information on defensive driving techniques, road safety, and accident prevention.
As soon as I finished the course, my certificate was sent almost immediately.
I highly recommend NTSI.

Very worth doing
Paced myself & finished this course on 2/21/23 to keep points off DL. I thought it was a good refresher course & was glad I took aside from original intent. Glitch in obtaining certificate upon passing but staff got it to me in no time. My experience with these folks was wonderful. They were very helpful & kind.

The course was so instrumental on…a great and comprehensive understanding of proper behaviors upon driving
The course was so instrumental on understanding the reasons behind crashes and fatalities. Things that can be avoided by common sense and clear careful driving.
The audio associated with it is great.

The course was good with readable…
The course was good with readable knowledge and with so much changes to the driving technique, and lots of younger fast space driving and drinking it was worth my time .The calling in voice technology was a bit much and you will get frustrated, however don’t give up

We do understand that the voice security feature can cause occasional frustration; however, please know that its sensitivity level is actually a mandated requirement.

This is Diane. We spoke a few times since you wrote this review. In fact, I just left you a message (Check your voice mail). It was a pleasure speaking with you. We know that the voice verification can be frustrating. Recently it has become a requirement for all NYS online defensive driving courses.
We are available M-F 8am-9pm via phone, chat & email; Saturday 8am - 4pm via phone, chat & email: Saturday from 4pm -7pm and Sunday from 9am - 4pm via chat or email. While it's not 24/7, we try to be available as much as possible. Customer Service Representatives have even been known to stay a little later to help someone with certain time constraints.
One thing we pride ourselves on at NTSI, is truly caring about our customers experiences. I hope that I have shown you that. I am sorry that you feel that some these replies may sound mechanical, but NTSI's customer service is anything but. We give each student a personal experience. It is my hope that you come back and confirm what I am saying is the truth or simply that you know it.
I am here for whatever you need. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

Highly recommend NTSI
The course content is very comprehensive and boost my knowledge on defensive driving. The staff that assisted me with my registration is efficient ( forgot her name). The price is amazingly reasonable among other school that i have checked. Highly recommended. Thank you.

A very good reminder
This was a good course. A little slow, but that’s ok, sometimes we need to slow down. It’s good to be refreshed every once in a while and reminded of the laws and of the consequences for breaking them. I wish there were more video testimonials from both sides. There weren’t any from the side of someone who may have caused an accident because of speeding or driving under the influence. It would be good to hear what they have to live with because of a poor choice. I know that may not be an easy thing to talk about but I think people need to know. This really made me stop and think. Overtime our habits can become sloppy, it’s good to be reminded to drive smart and defensively.

The only difficulty is that the voice verification is failed too often even in perfect conditions without any extra noise. Otherwise the courses can be done much faster. That’s the only problem.
But helpful operators and their politeness compensate this issue.
