Fantastic company, Terry, Lenny and the guys replaced our Roof, Fascias and Soffits and roughcasted our house,
Terry talked us through the whole process before they started and kept in touch throughout the whole job.
The job was done very professionally and after they had finished cleaned up everything.
Lenny was very polite and did us a couple of extra little jobs.
I would recommend Nugen to any one who was looking for building work to be carried out.

Had Terry and the Nugen team out for a full re tile on our roof plus 4 large velux roof windows, upvc soffit, fascia and gutters. Excellent workmanship throughout. Terry and the whole team were very profesional and polite and were a pleasure to have doing the work. Would recommend Nugen to anyone needing work done and we will be having them back to roughcast the house at the end of the year.

Conservatory roof conversion from leaking old polycarbonate to lightweight tiles. Brilliant job. We’re really pleased with it. These guys are amazing. Totally open and honest. We discussed a number of options and were given great advice along the way to ensure that we didn’t get any unnecessary work done. Considerably cheaper than a big competitor and cheaper than the other quotes we had too. Thanks to Terry, Lenny and the team. I would highly recommend NuGen.

Terry and the team have just done a replacement of all the soffits, fascia, down pipes, gutters, etc around our entire house. Excellent job. All well fitted and tidy. Kept checking that I was happy with the job as it progressed. Cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Terry and his team have just completed work on a new roof and full roughcast job on our property. We couldn’t be more happy with the quality of their work and the obvious pride they take in completing a job to the highest standard. All the team arrived when they said and Terry kept us up to date every day, making sure we were happy as the job progressed. Everything was completed on time and the team tidied everything up from what was a very messy intensive job. Terry himself even cleaned my windows! 5 stars guys would recommend to anyone.

Nugen have just completed my roof replacement plus fascias, gutters etc. They've done a few jobs in my local area which is a recommendation in itself. Terry was very professional in getting me my quote, observing all Covid restrictions. He and his polite and friendly team got the job done on time and tidied up afterwards, even washing down my windows! I'm delighted with my smart new watertight roof. I'd have no hesitation recommending this company and will be getting them back myself for further work.

Nugen fitted a new conservatory roof for my 81 year old dad. After a leak which had caused internal damage, they did an emergency repair and then fitted a new all weather roof.

They removed old upvc roof, added a pitched frame and tiles then plasterboard and plastering inside plus painted the internal work too. Gutters and flashing all included in the very reasonable price.

The team did all work ahead of schedule and followed all health restrictions guidance. We paid a small deposit and didn't get asked for a penny more until dad was totally satisfied (which he was as soon as it had been completed).

I can't praise the team enough for professionalism and customer care. Dad needed the work because previous contractors had taken his money and did a 3rd rate job. Nugen were great on price, talked him through everything they were doing and reassured him throughout process. We're so grateful for the work and so delighted with end results we're going to get them to do his front door next.

Really please with my new roof. Even though the weather was against them, hail, rain and snow they got the job done. Very satisfied with the end result.

The guys replaced the roof on my house in pretty good time despite some pretty awful days of heavy rain and high winds. They were always professional and polite, clearing up behind themselves (except for their empty Lucozade bottles😂).

The garage roof was also replaced, with lightweight tiles, due to the type of roof, these were really the only option.
The wait time for those tiles was a lot longer than anticipated but, once they were delivered, the guys quickly completed the job.

Had these terry from nugen out for what I thought was a roof leak on my dads property, can't fault the guy for being honest and telling me it wasn't the roof it was a water pipe, very helpful and told me how to go through my insurer. Will definitely be contacting these guys for a replacement roof in the future

We badly needed a new roof on our conservatory and decided to replace with a solid one rather than replace with glass. We saw Terry's team from Nugen working on a neighbour's roof and decided to give him a call. We are so glad we did. What an excellent job. We were delighted with the quality materials used, the excellent workmanship and first class customer service. What a friendly hard working team of workers. They kept us informed every step of the way with the work being carried out and Terry came after the job was finished to see we were happy with the completed work. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We would highly recommend Nugen.

Guys came out same day for gutter issue, solved the problem immediately and wouldn't even take a small gesture of payment for their trouble. Really friendly and professional service. Excellent and would use again

Checked Trust pilot for local roofing Companies then Contacted them for a Quote, within a few Days was visited by Terry the Boss. No hard sell just a chat and Quote agreed a price and within a few days agreed to the Cost, and as discussed the price agreed was as Terry had said no extra costs. Guys here on Agreed date and job started and finished by the Time agreed, absolutely top guys worked tirelessly kept me informed at all times. Job completed exactly what I wanted. Cost exactly as agreed. Have no problem using them for any future work I require and 100% recommend Nugen to Anyone needing work Done

Pebble dashing turned out good

NuGen replaced our roof for us. We have had problems with leaks and water coming in so it badly needed done. It was my brother who came across the company. Really happy with the work they have done. Our roof was finished to a high standard Didn't and take long weather permitting and we are now ready for the winter. A professional company who were good to deal with.

When my neighbour and I both started having leaks it was time to get some quotes. Terry was very helpful and competitive with his pricing. Very happy with the work carried out and the service provided by NuGen. I would recommend to others as a company that can be trusted to deliver what is expected.

All workers excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much bother for them. Terry came after job was complete to make sure everything was alright, cleaned up any mess leaving the place as it had been before they started. Final payment not taken until we were happy with the work.
