Can honestly say I’ve worked for Nurseplus over 4 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Office staff friendly and easy to talk too. Also other carers are very friendly and very helpful.

Carers are extremely professional and good at what they do. Super attentive, i recommend it 100%

Flexibility of management and staff to fit to my needs

The manager of Nurseplus at Colchester branch is and continues to be person-centred which, from my experience, is very rare within many other care providers I have been unfortunate to secure for providing individual care to disabled adults.

Have been really impressed with nurse plus. Always let me know in advance who was working and were very accommodating when changes were requested.
All staff were extremely professional and caring.

The care is good

The carers never let me down, are always on time. They are competent and caring.. The management is excellent, responsive when my needs change and a pleasure to deal with.

Friendly, regular carers, usually at time requested.
Willing to go the extra mile and inform one of any changes they've noticed in my husband.

We recently signed up with Nurseplus and the 2 managers that have visited us have been very helpful and supportive. The live in carers they have provided are wonderful and of the highest standard.
