I have been working with Nurseplus Liverpool for over 3.5 years and my experience has been very positive. The office team is professional, supportive and always helpful with documents, training and guidance.

They try their best to provide shifts according to my availability, which I really appreciate. A reliable agency that has helped me gain valuable experience and grow in the care sector. I would confidently recommend them.

I have a good experience with them , they paid on time never short paid and all the coordinators and manager in the office are very good nice to staff, they to to staff with respect so, I love Liverpool Nurseplus plus.

And there's a lot of shifts to choose if you want .

The company doesn't train its staff thoroughly, they lose complaint log-books and don't monitor their patients attentively enough and leave the people who work for them in a situation where they don't know what they're doing.

They employ managers who are rude and attempt to deviate away from complaints, heavily disabled people not at all looked after. The premises in which their patients (they call them 'clients') permanently reside, are cheaply put together with little light coming into the buildings.

A whole host of moral issues written inside related legislation. One of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of working for. And they don't pay well. You get slave-labour wages.

Everything is perfectly good and great.

THE WORST AGENCY! Been a RGN for over 11 years! Worked with 3 agencies in this time nurse plus are diabolical. They lie regarding the work they can provide, training payments, the whole process took over 3 months to sign up. They blame one another in the Lpool
Office. They take 3-7 business days to respond and state they will send emails, never to be seen! RGNs dont waste your time BRB agency is the best - go to them!

As a Nurseplus agency nurse I feel valued as an employee. The Liverpool Office staff always answer or return my calls and I deal with them by phone and text and not impersonal IT systems.
Payment for shifts is prompt and problems are sorted out by speaking to a member of staff.

I have been very consistent in my duties, I have a lort experience base on the client I have handled in my working period, for example observing there character s and taken note off there behavior s observing when they need must base on there health conditions, I also develop pation on my job .

I’ve took part in most of the paid/unpaid trainings and they were top notch.
I thank the company for giving me shifts and opportunities to work in wide range of settings including child care, LD support, Mediservices. For anyone who struggles with limited numbers of shifts . I suggest Nurseplus.

Only worked for Nurseplus for six weeks as I eventually found out I was mislead the job of a Care Coordinator, and was actually employed as a Recruitment Consultant. Since leaving the company I've had nothing but problems. Payroll had overpaid me and stated they would not issue my P45 until they had reclaimed the overpayment. Even after I have made the repayment, I have still not received my P45. I have made many phone calls and sent many emails to both HR and Payroll, neither of which are interested. I have involved HMRC, ACAS and Citizens Advice. I can see from other reviews, that I am not the first person who has had their P45 withheld. I definitely would not recommend working for this company as I have personally had a horrendous experience from day one, and still continue to have an awful time despite leaving six weeks ago.

Absolutely disgusting company, Hastings office staff are so rude to all carers especially when can’t cover a shift they remove the whole weeks work from them. Management is a joke. There’s no respect and support , definitely not a team. Nothing is kept confidential

Are they allowed to take £1 off each payslip as an admin fee, the office is not confidential and you can hear them tittering and gossiping - avoid.

They are trying to cheat, scam people by asking to pay for DBS and update service once you clear with it they ask to come for the training in the specific locations and the trainers are not committed of Thier job and keep not coming on time. They will not refund your money you spent on DBS and update DBS service unless you work with them for at least 300 hours if you get the shift. Also, the trainings and induction are not being paid not even travel expenses.

I have been working with Nurseplus Liverpool branch for over a year now, my experience with them has been a fantastic one. The office staff are all good, they treat me with respect and they prioritize our safety first, always ready to help, they make sure I am trained accordingly and get retrained when due. They booked shifts in advance and give you whatever you need to know about where you are going to work.
Honestly I can’t take working with nurseplus for granted because they are my first employer when I moved to the UK.

Been working with them over two years now, they have always been so helpful. Olly did my referencing within minutes that took a lot of stress out of me. David and Laura are amazing always helped me out with any difficulties or any support I needed from them. There's only one or two payroll issues in over a two years period and they shorted it out as soon as I informed them. Wonderful people, love working with them.
