From the minute I submitted my order, NVN Marine was very proactive throughout the entire process. They confirmed the order, they notified me when it was shipped out. They notified me of the date and time it would arrive and the notified me the second that my package came to the door. The service was great. I would recommend using them for all your marine needs

Very dishonest company who cheats their…
Very dishonest company who cheats their customers. Never buy from them online or through Amazon! I bought two marine toilets and one delivered in a million pieces and one never delivered it was shipped back to their warehouse. I only received one credit and have emailed them too many times to remember and have called and complained to Amazon now 4 times. I would never use this company ever again. I am now escalating to Amazon at highest level and won’t quit until Amazon pulls them as a vendor or I get a refund! Now they respond that its not place to discuss credits. Don't defraud your customers so I dont have to waste time writing reviews. Amazon responded to you again almost week ago and nobody has answered back. Buyer Beware! Below is FEDEX tracking number and you will notice you said you credited me for one toilet and other one delivered to me. Check out these tracking numbers and you will see the other toilet you charged me for was sent back to you and never delivered. I need another credit and have asked 5 times through Amazon over last year.

I was told they had 30 GPS Items I…
I was told they had 30 GPS Items I needed. I emailed and called to make shure they had them before I placed the order. I ordered and after paying I was notified via email, they only had 21. I called back and emailed the rep was rude. I contacted the police and they have refused to speak to me or the police. And I have not gotten a refund for the $6000.00 plus.

That's totally wrong statement. Let's make it clear for everyone.
Sharonda asked for 30 QTY Garmin 79sc, at that time we were having more than 30 qty, but few days later she placed an order for 21 QTY (all we have in-stock) without asking us. And she started to complaint about why it's not 30 QTY.
After that she said cancel my order, it must be 30 qty because it's a government contract, and we cancel, refund the order.

We didn't create an order for her, she placed for 21 qty by herself and then started to blame us about the stock level.
Rather than calling the bank and asking about the refund, going to the police totally wrong way to solve problem. If you don't know how to place an order, how to follow your refund or at least how to place an chargeback don't order some products from ecommerce sites.
Sharing this information will not make us rude.

UPS delayed your delivery only 1 day, and delivered on 9th of July rather than 8th. So it's only 3 days with 1 day delay.

Product paid for and never delivered.
I placed an order for a hydrolic jack plate and the dual blinker control. I recevied the blinker control in 3 days. It's been 21 days since the order was placed and have not recieved the jack plate. Per UPS only the label was created, product never picked up. NVN marine has been extremely unhelpful, rude, and to this point unwilling to refund my money for a product I am obviously never going to recieve. I would never recommend NVN marine to anyone. The customer service I have experienced is non existant to say the least. They are terrible as a company and DO NOT stand behind their service policies!!!

As you know we shipped both items in the same day, and you got the blinker in 3 days, normally you must get the jack plate also in 3 days. But UPS lost the package and they were trying to figure it out, before they close the case we couldn't do anything.
Today they closed the case and provide a return and we refunded you too.
We are so sorry about the inconvenience but it wasn't related to us.
