First time shopper on NVN Marine. Web site was easy to navigate and prices were lowest I could find. Items were shipped the next day & arrived within 3 days. Great job NVN Marine, I will definitely shop here again.

I purchased 3 Black F-7 Polyform fenders and it was effortless. Everything from online ordering, quick (free) shipping and packaging. I did search around and NVN Marine had the best prices. I will be ordering a few more things

Delivered cancelled order/ charged to unapproved credit card.

I ordered a marine autopilot part from NVN, this was my first experience with them. I gave them my Amazon Chase credit card number. Within minutes of placing the order I was contacted by Chase notifying me that the charge had been denied asking if I had placed the order. I said I had but became concerned and decided to cancel it, which I did immediately. Although I received confirmation of the cancellation from NVN I received the following confirmations from they shipped the order. When I followed up with them I was told that it was too late to stop the shipment from going out but they would send me a shipping label to return it, which they did.

In the meantime I noticed that I had been charged for the item, not on my Amazon card that I had given them, but on my Citi Card which I did not give them. How did that happen? (Citi Card is investigating it as fraud.)

I returned the item to NVN on February 7, using their shipping label. It was received on February 9th (I have the UPS delivery confirmation), which I have forwarded to NVN.

I have tried following up with NVN but they have stopped responding.

I see there are positive reviews on this company; however, my experience was definitely negative. Hopefully they will work with me and my credit card company to resolve the issue.

We cannot know your credit card informations, it's not possible technically. It's your personal information and also we are using Shopify (world biggest ecommerce structure) and these credit card informations are not visible to us (100% secure). You tried to pay with Amazon Pay, but it declined and then you used your other credit card.

And you already know that we are not a fraud company, because the product is delivered to you, you drop it back to UPS.

Let's make the case crystal clear for everyone, you placed the order, and send cancellation email (later) but at that time our warehouse is already shipped this product to you, we provide paid return shipping label to you. And then you contacted the bank before getting a refund and the bank processed chargeback about your order. When we are in the chargeback complaint process our interlocutor is not a customer anymore, we are discussing the issue, providing proofs directly to the bank. Now the case is between NVN Marine and the bank.

But honestly saying from the beginning we were trying to provide you best service, shipped your order fast as possible even above the expectations, provide you a paid return label when you would like to return. All returns needs some time for inspection, it's so normal, because we need to know can we sell this product someone else or not.

You made a paranoia, at least 10 person involved with this order, UPS carried 2 times, we send a lot of emails, now the bank involved, why?

We are loving our job, products, clients, and actually we are sea lovers. Threatening us with bad reviews is not changing our love.

UPDATE: 30 day return obviously starts on day products are ordered….. WOW

Our return policy is 30 days, you contacted with us 45 days later for return and your return request is not accepted.

You must need to know return policies applied by manufacturers, and there is nothing we can do about them.

Very Impressive

This is review of your service and Jabsco Manual Marine Toilet Compact 29090-5000.
This toilet is the best fit for small boat where space is limited. Pumping module can be turn into four positions which work well: left hand, right hand, behind toilet and in front of it. Manufacturing quality is big improvements from past versions I had years ago, definitely five stars. The price and shipping cost on the NVN site is the best, outperforming everyone else by at least $20 and as much as $130.

I elected standard shipping for $9.99, package was delivered after 18 hours (YES!), definitely the bast results out of 200 shipments I had received in last several years, very impressive. Thank you.

I ordered 2 dock power pedestals and…

I ordered 2 dock power pedestals and they were not only the best price anywhere - the products arrived in 4 days and shipping was free! NVN Marine has a great selection of products and is always very competitive on price…highly recommend for all your marine needs. Great customer service as well - I called about the order as I needed them asap and they expedited the order to ensure it arrived quickly.

Poor Customer Service

Do not use this Company. Worst customer service ever!!! Sent back a purchase 6 weeks ago. UPS TRACKING AND DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE. Employee said it was my fault because I sent back product to NY office posted on website instead of warehouse. They lost my package and I'm currently out $900. Sent several emails and phone calls trying to resolve the problem and have been blown off over and over. They'd not care about customer service. Me and my Captians will never use this Company again.

We have a clear return policy. You cannot send product back to office, we provide you return authorization and return address, rather than using them you send your product to the office address, which is in Lower East, Manhattan, New York via cheapest service of USPS and they left your package to the street and gone.

Thousands of peoples are passing this street, and your package is lost, that's why warehouses and return addresses are exists. You CAN NOT Amazon's package to the Amazon's office, it's exactly same for us.
