I recently ordered from Oak & Luna for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
I love how they sent a photo of the necklace as a “sneak peak” before it was dispatched, it was such a nice touch.
I was so impressed with the shipping as well, considering it was an overseas order I was expecting to wait a good few weeks and it was honestly so quick.
You can tell how much craftsmanship has gone into the jewellery and the customer service for sure.

Tarnished engraved piece. Only wore few times
Had a an engraved silver piece that I recently ordered get pretty tarnished rather quickly. I only wore it a few times. Tried using a micro cloth to polish to no avail I’m certain I paid well over $150 for it It’s unfortunate as I would have loved to have seen the product quality better reflect the pricing.

I love their designs
I love their designs. I have about 4 necklaces a little disappointed in the compass. Necklace, because it's super lightweight and constantly turns, but I do get compliments on all my chains. It's all I wear around my neck

Links come apart - cheaply made?
The bracelet came apart because the links are only pressed into shape, not welded or soldered closed. This is a cheaper method of production and it means the bracelet has broken twice now in 1 month
