Looking to move to Colchester for the first time and Korben has been extremely helpful. He showed us around a lovely property last weekend and was very thorough. With quick replies via email, he has helped our property application process go very smoothly.

We found Colchester a delightful place to come and live, Korben and Richard were extremely helpful with excellent local knowledge, swift responses and a professional outlook at all times.

Oakheart Property have been excellent to deal with, offering expert guidance all along the way.

My partner and I had been looking for our ideal rental property for some time; we wanted to find a perfect house to rent until we decide to buy. Oakheart found it for us in minutes. Rich was brilliant and knowledgeable, and even gave us advice about ending our current tenancy. Korben went out of his way on a weekday evening to view this house with us, and was professional, understanding and welcoming. He has since maintained amazing communication, vouched for us throughout our application, and has walked us through every step. As a tenant, the support you get from Oakheart is next level. We will be recommending Korben and Rich to friends and family in the area! Thanks both!

Korben has helped me get my hands on a flat for my self and he has been amazing! He has made everything as smooth as possible and it was great to have a general conversation with him not just about the place I wanted to view but about what’s been going on with the world and it’s been great to get to know him and he is just so polite and positive! 5 STARS!

Korben Levy was very helpful and informative.
He was also very friendly and put me at ease very quickly.
Korben was a delight to talk to, and discussed everything in full.

The team at Oakheart were really good. Nothing was too much trouble for them They got our house sold on a second viewing in the first week! We had been with another estate agent for 6 months, only had 2 views in that time. Oakheart keep in touch all the time. They sold our house and found the new house for us. Would highly recommend them. Tommy,Andrew Chloe and Terry - Thank you.

From the initial valuation right through to completion of sale I was impressed by the team at Oakheart. George carried out the valuation with no sales pressure and left me in no doubt that this was the agency I wanted to sell my house. During the sales process Dan took over, and with his professional insight in the property market secured a price that I was happy with. Amy progressed the sale and made sure, with gentle persuasion, that I carried out the steps required. Her ability to act as that vital link between buyer, seller and solicitors resulted in a stress free sale for me. If you are looking for a professional estate agency that takes the time to listen and keep you informed then I would, without hesitation, recommend these guys.

We recently used Oakheart to both sell and buy. Josh was clear and helpful when giving us a figure for our property. The process of putting our property on the market was easy and there were no fees until we sold.

Buying from them was good as well, they knew the property well when we viewed it and answered any questions we asked. When we had our offer accepted and had sold, our sales progressor Annalise kept us in the loop every week and chased both our seller and buyers, which was super helpful and definitely helped things move forward.

I’d recommend anyone selling or buying to go with Oakheart.

I've used Oakheart twice for tenant find services & both times they were able to secure reliable tenants extremely quickly. The team are incredibly friendly & I have been extremely impressed with how matters have been handled when there has been a misunderstanding - the customer service is unparalleled & I'm very grateful for everything the team has done.

Very easy to contact, incredible response times - great company. Thanks for all your help with everything. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

Amy at Oakheart and all the team have been so helpful throughout the buying and selling process. I thoroughly recommend Oakheart to anyone looking for an estate agent with a personal touch.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Amy and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of assistance we received throughout the process. From start to finish, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and expertise that truly made a difference to our experience.

Amy went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the sales process went smoothly. She was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had, providing clear and thorough explanations every step of the way. Her communication skills are exceptional, keeping us informed and updated at all times alleviated any stress or uncertainty our client may have had and therefore made our job easier too.

We felt Amy showed genuine care and empathy throughout the process, taking time to understand our specific approach and preferences.

HHP deals with many agents during our line of work but we really felt supported and valued as a client with this one.

Thank you, Amy for your outstanding dedication to get this one over the line!

Best Wishes
HHP Team !

I can’t thank Oakheart property enough. They were amazing from visiting my property too value and for the sale to proceed and go through.

The main person I need to thank is Amy. She was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and when it become very stressful a couple of weeks before completion she was there for me. So professional at all times. Thank you so much. Kindest regards. Allyson and Scott Foggie.

Lovely estate agents and great experience with them. We didn't end up buying from them but we did view several properties and every time the estate agent was relaxed, polite and charming. It made for a great experience.

We recently viewed a property with oak heart on our mission to find our second home. We met with many local estate agents through the process and oak heart were by far the best to deal with. Approachable, personable, efficient. Jonny’s communication was second to none. He was great with our young children when we viewed the property and nothing was too much for him. He knew the property very well and could answer any questions we had.
