I purchased your product on the basis of the advertising only!
Firstly you said the pillows would be cooler, therefore,
making it easier to sleep. Not in any way does this occur. In either of the pillows.
Secondly, your pillowcases for the Essentials pillow are too small, therefore it turns into the sides of a rubber boat. Too High and way too hard.
You suggested putting some type of weight to help flatten it out. But no way.
And finally, you advised me if I wish to get a refund
my option was to donate to a charity and get the official invoice for proof. In the current climate following Co-vid. And where I live all bedding
materials such as pillows and cases even mattresses
have been on the no go lists prior to Co-vid.
I kind of fixed one problem by having custom-made pillowcases to allow some of the balloon effects but still gets too hot during sleep.
I suffer from medical problems and I thought your products would help. They did not! Its been such a drawn out problem I can not even find the delivery date. But from first taking it out of the packaging and putting it on my bed only to find out hours later it was a big problem

Never buy a mattress from this company.
I got one and it dips where we sleep and doesn't return back to shape.Dormeo said its normal and within there tolerances.Absolute rubbish

I had to sew elastic on the corners to stretch around the corners of my mattress because the topper kept slipping off my mattress even after I had placed it the way you recommended. I bought it because I thought it might alleviate some of my back pain but it didn't work

We have had this bed for 13 months and it's the worst mattress I have ever had, we got the king size mattress and at my side and my husbands side it has sunk in and now we have this big hump in the middle, I contacted them and sent them photo's and you can see the hump clearly and the answer I got back was they will dip 5cm to 15cm and this is normal. My husband has had a really sore back from this and you get no support whatsoever from the company, disgrace will never purchase anything from dormeo again, no help off them whatsoever.

We had a problem with the firmness of the mattress, unlike ecosa, that can offer a topper to address this, they wanted us to pay to recycle the product, as no charities in our area were accepting bedding due to covid restrictions

It is comfy but for the price,I would have expected something with straps to stop it slipping off the bed every night. That is a real nuisance.

It is so amazingly firm yet comfortable and best of all therapeutic… I had back problems previous to purchasing this product and bought in the hope it would relieve my constant pain which would often wake me during the night. It has done this!

I ordered my body zone topper on 12th September have now arrived today nearly 2 week wait Customer service do no answer phone 4 times call 45 mins on hold every time gave up have not received free pillow with topper had bought topperbeforewith no problems

Wrong order sent in July?,resulting in being charged over $100 too much. Took weeks to sort out. First two Emails not replied to. Would not do business again.

The mattress was great. Till 7 years in it deteriorated from the inside and Dormeo refused to warranty it. They said that removing the tags, even as the end-user, voids their warranty. Even though, the warranty on their website lists NOTHING about tags AT ALL. Which is why I felt comfortable removing it years ago anyways. So, they’ll lie to you to not warranty their product. That sums this up.

Delivery was fast and packaged very well. Due to an error on my part, I requested a refund which was granted and processed in very quick time. Excellent service.

The first time I tried the Octasmart topper I was pleasantly surprised it is a good product

Well I still have not got the topper I pay for I have sent several emails in relation to you have sent me the wrong size and I require a single you sent me a double I have sent photos and measurements the item is still in the box

Customer service is a nightmare too. I'll never get anything from here again!

I am very happy with my purchase, it’s better than I anticipated. So comfortable that you don’t have to turn over as often.
Delivery was quick and hassle free.

hi i would like to send this back, i dont think it does what you say i received a sore back after a week, its at least 60mm shorter than my mattress, now i cant get it back in the bag can i put it in a another bag and then the box please, also i didnt get the free pillow not happy Blair

Believe even my kids love it with ten year warranty it speaks for itself.
You know after that it is bin time.

Extrimly bad service.
We ordered mattress topper for my mother in law while on holiday,(she lives in Spain).
Fully paid and as promised 7 days delivery.
That was a month , come and gone but we
Never received the delivery.
Must have send at less 20 emails to customer service
Kept saying on it way to us and managing the delivery.
Our holiday come and gone .
We informed them that we will be flying back to U.K.
out of a blue they send an email telling us they can not deliver.
Please , please do not trust them to deliver the good as it has promised.
Very poor service and not reliable company.
