The shoes are narrow fit which was not in the listing and I didn’t realise until after wearing them and finding them uncomfortable so I couldn’t return them

initially disappointed but amazing customer service more than made up for it
really disappointed - i bought a pair of shoes and was charged twice, it was a lot of money so it was a real blow
will not buy from them again
EDIT: after an initial one star review and contacting them by email, they have responded incredibly quickly and been extremely helpful

Discounted Dr Martens
I heard about offcuts from a friend when I admired her DM’s. I found myself a pair of Jetta Quads that were graded as near perfect. When they arrived I couldn’t find any faults, they were in perfect condition. The service was good, they arrived in good time and original packaging. I will definitely use the store again.

Lovely to get fabulous shoes and trainers at such a great price. My grandson was over the moon with his trainers and I saved a chunk of cash!
