I have had my eye on these shoes for months and finding them half price was an absolute stroke of luck. I love them and they have been much admired.

Have now bought several pairs of boots/shoes and customer service is great. Products have all been spot on. Best part are the excellent prices for some products that are double the price anywhere else.

First time using the site.
Trainers arrived. on time in damaged box but they are excellent condition .
Would definitely use again . Best buy this year .

Order #173875 Sold me used shoes and a damaged box! Absolutely appalled! I’m happy to keep them now however, will not be shopping again in the future.

Free return would be great as online buyers can only imagine the shoes they bought would fit them. Or middle way maybe provide a free return and deduct the cost from the refund.

Quick delivery. The boots are more beautiful than the picture was. Sparkly which is great for a New Year's Eve party.

2 out of the 3 pairs I bought were good 3rd pair had double sided tape on the insole which was not described on the website, emailed them about it but not heard anything back must be a new way of making shoes instead of using glue

Great idea but it’s a shame you have to pay for return postage! Bought some boots that would have been perfect but far too narrow. Need to return now but at additional cost. £10 for something that I couldn’t have known about.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 22days ago. Yodel marked them as delivered but they were not. Office Offcuts have been awful since - making me wait 3-5 working days at a time between emails, first to confirm they’d look into it, to tell me it had been left beside a child’s bike (there are no children in my block of flats), then to say someone would be in touch with a form to complete. On the form I had to state I was happy for police to investigate ME….
It feels like they are treating me like I’ve done something wrong rather than the delivery company!!

I’m out of pocket and out of work shoes in a cost of living crisis and when I asked about a refund or redelivery they said once I’d completed the form someone could discuss what was possible…

3 weeks + and I’m still waiting.

Great! From beginning to end!

Bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1s.
Was a little worried before they arrived very quickly.
I have inspected the trai ers and cannot find anything wrong with them whatsoever. Slight tear on the box which you may expect anywhere.
My daughter is going to be so happy on Christmas morning as I told her there was no way we could afford them anywhere else. So thank you so much🙂
