My account got hacked but cant even close or delete the account. Why? I thought every account in the world of internet can be delete or even change the password..everyday got 1 notification from someone who actually try to get into my account. Finally they were success. Got any idea how microsoft can upgrade the system since microsoft kind of forcing people to stay in the account. Very bad.

Das Programm ist völlig unübersichtlich. Einfachste Dateien zu öffnen und zu bearbeiten wird zur Herausforderung. Völlig am User vorbeiprogrammiert. Ich werde 365 kündigen

I AM TRYING TO GET A HOLD TO SPEAK REPRESENTTATIVE ABOUT MY INTERNET CAMERA IN ADDITION, I AM HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN . THIS HAS BEING GOING SEVERAL MONTHS AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED 😡

My father who had dementia for 2 years passed away last June. My mother and myself have tried numerous times to try to get Microsoft to stop taking money from my mothers bank account (as my dead father doesn't even have an account anymore).
Firstly you can't even find a telephone number that actually gets answered by an Australian Consultant. Secondly when I sent a complaint to them complaint no.7035049590 they immediately sent a response stating they were closing my file as it wasn't an Australian Consumer Issue. That was it even when I sent a reply stating that it indeed was as my father was an Australian and so am I. No response from Microsoft.
So I went back online and got a number through the virtual store assistant that was supposedly a telephone number that would be answered by a human, yipeee I thought but no it was an American line that handled the US and Canada. Anyway it was explained to me that Microsoft would not close my fathers account as he was unable to verify the account even though I told them I had both a Death Certificate and a Cremation Certificate.
Apparently the only way that Microsoft will close an account ithout verification from the account holder is if they don't get paid. They don't need permission to close the account if they aren't getting their money, but they will keep taking your money even after you are dead.
This was explained to me by the above call case no: 7035240154.
So unless my elderly mother who is on an aged pension and has all her banking through an account that is only in her name, not my fathers, shuts down her account and opens a new one Microsoft will just keep taking my mothers pension money.
This is insane and totally unfair and until someone from Microsoft does something to actually help me I am going to repost this review every day on every review site I can find.

Ik heb mijn livemail laten beveiligen door Microsoft. Maar wat een gedoe,krijg steeds een pop-up dat ik moet inloggen,krijg nu ook geen mail meer binnen,wat een slecht bedrijf.erg ingewikkeld en werkt totaal niet.
Microsoft is zelf nog erger dan een hacker op je phone of pc. Hoe meer je er mee bezig bent hoe slechter dat het gaat. Erg gebruiksonvriendelijk.

Schlechtestes Programm mit dem ich je gearbeitet habe!

Ich bin mit Office früher immer super klar gekommen. Jetzt kann man es nicht mehr wirklich einmalig kaufen und muss ein unnötiges Abo abschließen.
Außerdem ist das Interface richtig schlecht geworden, man findet nichts mehr und die Formatierungen sind so schlecht, dass es nicht mal mehr möglich ist aus einem Word Dokument ein PDF zu exportieren, ohne dass das ganze Layout vermurkst wird.

Schade, waren mal gute Programme. Werde mir das aber nicht mehr antun die weiter zu nutzen, bereitet nur Kopfschmerzen.

I’ve been trying to cancel my trial subscription for Microsoft 365, but it’s damn impossible. I followed the steps written on the website over and over again with my Android phone and also IPad, but nothing. After I click the manage button in my subscription a new page opens up… its my Microsoft account I want to delete but there is no button or sign of a button that says cancel subscription and when I search for it in the search help box it pops out but when i click it they tell me “Sorry, the page you’re looking for can’t be found.” I obviously tried also through the email options but nothing! RIDICULOUS!!!

Microsoft n'est pas du tout fiable et ne me fait aucune confiance pour le futur me concernant, mais pour le satisfaire il faut obligatoirement s'abonner, sans savoir si cela risque de "bien fonctionner"?

For a trillion-dollar company to have such existentially putrid outsourced customer service is beyond disturbing. They are 1999 AOL level bad. The reps I have spoken to, speak bad English, have thick accidents so you strain to understand, and forget about critical thinking. They can not think and write at the same time. Absolut schlecht. Was ist überhaupt passiert? Man muss sich STÄNDIG neu anmelden, was bei wichtigen Terminen, wenn es einfach klappen muss, mir schon oft Probleme bereitet hat! Außerdem erkennt es NIE das Passwort wieder und dann muss ich die ganze Prozedur mit einloggen und neues Passwort erstellen neu durchlaufen. Keine Ahnung was das soll aber man sieht es auch an den anderen Bewertungen. Sobald was neues auf den Markt kommt wars das endlich mit dem Schrott.

Die Formatierung ist einfach unterirdisch. Als Student der damit seine Arbeiten verfassen soll und es schon am Abbildungsverzeichnis scheitert, weil dieses Drecks Programm keine Bilder nebeneinander bearbeiten kann, ist schon schier lächerlich im Jahr 2024... Es hat so viele Optionen die recht schön währen würden sie denn Funktionieren. Bei jeder Art Anwendung bis auf dem Inhaltsverzeichnis zerwichst dir dieser miese Dreck jedes mal deine ganze Formatierung... Nehmt einen Zettel, einen Stift und schreibt es auf Papier, Scant es ein und ihr erspart euch jede menge Ärger mit dieser Softwarehure. Druckt euch die Bilder über Paint aus und klebt sie wie im Kindergarten mit einem Klebestift auf. Das ist wesentlich entspannter und weniger zeitaufwendig.

Grote k*tapp. kan er helemaal niks mee.

I rate a company not when things are going good but what they do when things go wrong and Microsoft are appalling in that regard, dont buy this product because without you knowledge then can bar your key behind your back so you cant use it and they will not help

Activation is terrible.slow, communication errors, Microsoft sells different product then i was purchasing. Unfortunately there are no alternatives to Microsoft Office. But if works awfully

Schlimmster Verein ever!

Mein Word geht nicht mehr und das MSKonto zickt rum wie S***! Man muss 100 Seiten öffnen um mal auf die richtige Seite zu kommen und bekommt nur beschränkt Auswahl was man tun kann! Ich mache gerade eine Ausbilung und brauche Word dringend! Wollte es neu installieren, aber es wird in meinen Apps nicht mal angezeigt! Man muss online sein und nicht einmal da kann man es deinstallieren!!! WTF! NUR Probleme, Zickereien dieser geldgeile Verein, ich habe eine Officevollversion um 140 EUR gekauft und jetzt soll ich die monatliche Version um knapp 69,00 EUR zahlen??? Was ist los mit denen? Die haben Geld wie Sand am Meer und bekommen keinen ordentlichen Kundendienst hin? Oder Anleitungen in MEINER Sprache? Zahlen die mir auch die Miete wenn ich MS OFFICE 365 kaufe? Welcher private Mensch kann sich das noch leisten??? Die sind völlig verrückt!!! Und nichts als Ärger, dafür soll man noch blechen monatlich??? Was ist mit denen los? Hatte immer nur Probleme mit MS ich kenne es nicht anders, Kackverein, würde zur Konkurrenz wechseln wenn die nicht 10x so teuer wäre! Es ist ein Witz! Typisches Monopol

Office wont share due to some kind of technical issue - spent 5 hours NOT fixed, they keep closing the case. Then I get told I am blocked for too many shares - but this was MicroSoft that did this on a screen share. Called again, got cut off. Just look at this list

Absoluter Schmutz, wieso muss ich als Privatperson die komplette Palette an Produkten kaufen und dafür auch noch monatlich zahlen, wenn ich doch eigentlich nur excel nutzen möchte?! Früher hat man es einmal gekauft und konnte es dann permanent nutzen…
