Microsoft is heel commercieel. Dat is al een reden om hier geen producten aan te schaffen. De verkoper is Koning! Niet de klant. Microsoft heeft sowieso grote banden met multinationals en dus staan financiële belangen voorop.
Dat merk je direct aan de producten, dus ook Office.
Punt 1: product licenties vervallen na uitval van het moederboard. Echter, de meeste mensen weten niet dat ze hun licentie kunnen herstellen na bijvoorbeeld een systeemcrash, of aanschaf van een nieuw apparaat.
Punt 2: ze dwingen je om een online abonnement af te sluiten door het genoemde in punt 1, maar ook door bijvoorbeeld automatische opslag alleen aan te bieden in de online versie. Een goed product, waarvoor je flink betaald, moet deze functie standaard aanbieden!
Een inbreuk op mijn werksessie met een systeemupdate heeft een dag werk als lucht doen verdwijnen! Zelfs een herstelprogramma heeft niets kunnen redden!
Daarnaast is Office meer geschikt voor bedrijven, omdat het programma vooral zakelijke functies heeft. Studenten die hun script kleurrijk willen opmaken kunnen beter kiezen voor een ander programma, want de duizenden sjablonen van Microsoft zien er blokkerig en onprofessioneel uit. Typisch Microsoft. Canva is hierin veel professioneler!
En een huis-tuin-keuken gebruiker die alleen zakelijke brieven uitwerkt, of scholieren die een opstel moeten schrijven, kunnen beter voor OpenOffice kiezen, een programma ontwikkeld door ex-Microsoft members die het zat waren hun klanten te belazeren! Ja ja, echt waar! Dit programma hersteld documenten volledig, na bijvoorbeeld een crash! Alle basisfuncties uit Word zijn aanwezig, eveneens een Exelprogramma, Powerpoint alternatief en meer. En het is gratis! Het enige nadeel is dat hier alles wat ingewikkelder is. Kortom: ik heb bepaalde opmaakprofielen nodig, maar zo gouw ik hiermee klaar ben, ga ik weer terug naar OpenOffice!

Nie wieder! Kein bisschen nutzerfreundlich. Habe schon Stunden damit verbracht, selbst Freunde, die "einiges drauf haben" sind nicht weitergekommen. Dafür gibt es nur das Wort "verschlimmbessert" .

We have been with microsoft for years. I recently changed credit cards. I contacted ( no idea how I found it because I cannot find it now) online chat and the agent assured me when I questioned a pending charge to old credit card - I would not be charged the pending charge only the new charge on the new credit card. I WAS charged on both cards but there is NO avenue to sort this out with microsoft. Their online help only works if its a standard issue or problem SO annoying and frustrating. Little customers no longer matter to BIG corporations it seems.

Bella idea il pacchetto gratuito per gli studenti! Peccato che non si può salvare su Excel, non si possono fare i grafici (utile se vuoi scrivere numeri in caselle e poi cancellarli nel tempo libero), non si può scrivere un documento su Word e nemmeno fare un lavoro su Power Point, si può solo visualizzare. Ma secondo voi che diavolo se ne fa uno studente di questa offerta?

Mise à jour bancale. Suppression d'outils intéressant dans la mise en page notamment de tableau. Impossibilité de travailler sans accès internet malgré le pack office.

Heb een abonnement Microsoft 365 op de pc ,na laatste update doen de spellen het geen van allen meer. Stuur je een vraag hoe dat komt hoor je niks ,ja ze geven zgn. oplossingen maar niks helpt. Dacht dat daar ervaren it ers werkten, ben blij dat ik geen Microsoft op tablet en smartphone heb. Oplichters zijn het outlook was altijd gratis nu moet je er voor betalen !!! Net of ze niet genoeg d'r zakken vullen !!!

ik had vorige week een maandabonnement afgesloten. en had er 7,00 voor betaald. 1 dag later zag ik dat ik als student gratid heb. dus heb het gelijk opgezegd. ik kreeg een mail dat de 7,00 terug is gestort, maar na 1 week staat er nog steeds niks op mijn rekening. heb al gemailed. maar word niet op gereageerd.

For ONLY one reason, to fill out a form online, I needed Word. I took out a subscription with the intention to cancel before the trial is finished, logged in and let windows/Microsoft do it's heavy downloading to take over my computer. I filled in the necessary form and sent it off. I go to log in two days later and receive the message you cannot log in you are blocked due to too many attempts using wrong password/email address. So I ask for a code to be sent, code will not let me in, I ask for a new password, changing password will not let me in. I go to Google to find out how to get in touch with Microsoft, they say it's easy, just log in and go to the contact Microsoft section. ....but I can't log in!!!!! So I Google some more and find an email address, support at microsoft com and send them a desperate email asking them to end my subscription. They don't reply so I send another one next day threatening legal action if they don't reply. No reply!!! I Google again and hey presto I find a telephone number you can call in Amsterdam, I call the number and listen to the prerecorded options, go through them all and the last one tells me log in to Microsoft to receive further help!!! BUT I can't log in because Microsoft have blocked me!!!!!! So yesterday I receive an email from Microsoft saying that they will start charging me from 27 September when I 1. Do NOT WANT THIS SUBSCRIPTION and 2. Even if i wanted it I CANNOT LOG IN and 3. I was forced to buy a new credit card so the number has changed on the billing to prevent billing. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact Microsoft without logging in so Microsoft SUCK!!!!!! I have given one star but they deserve 0 stars when you don't want it, don't need it and can't use it and will be charged for absolutely nothing. No customer help options!!! Terrible .

Meine alte Lizenz ist nach dem erneuten Aufsetzen des Computers futsch & ist auch nicht mehr auffindbar - Service?? NOPE - stattdessen bietet mir Microsoft an die Vollversion nochmals zu kaufen?! ... Nein DANKE

I have split my excel worksheets into individual workbooks with no improvements obtained from Office 365, now time to cancel Microsoft Office 365 and return to Microsoft Office 2019 Pro in which is a better alternative than Microsoft Office 365.

I am just a simple small company trying to make a living. All of a suddenI lost microsoft e-mails. They just disappeared. Lost everthing I have ever sent or received and couldn't send or receive anything. Report the fault through standard chanels. Firstly I get an acknowledement that some one would contact me. Nothing for three days. I reported it again and someone called from the USA and told me to do a few things over a couple of calls and nothing would work.

She referred me to another customer support team in the USA. They called, tried a few things and it didn't work. He said he would look into it and call back within half an hour and nothing. No response to any further e-mails. e-mails are my lifeblood. But I'm nothing to them. Who cares about a small company in the UK.

I've lost business because of it and it seems Microsoft couldn't give two hoots. I am in the UK

Microsoft ist der letzte Dreck. Wir benutzen Teams und das Office-Paket auf dem Mac. Un-glaub-lich was das für ein widerlicher Mist ist. Lässt sich nicht lizenzieren obwohl gekauft, schon Stunden mit dem Mist in den Sand gesetzt. Absolut unmöglich für den professionellen Einsatz. Ich ärgere mich grün und schwarz!

People sitting at microsoft office are the worst trashbag developers world has ever seen. Microsoft surely has financial resources to hire someone capable, but they don't care about the time wasted by their customers and fustration from their customers caused by their imbecilic developers. Not only that all office tools are trash, communication between those tools, for example excel and access is even worse. That is how much Microsoft appreciates their customers.

So I have been trying to get a credit card that does not belong to me removed from my subscription. I can't do it as there is an outstanding balance that has to be paid.
All I get from Microsoft is emails saying they are resolving it or an email telling me how to delete it. It can not be deleted until the balance is paid off. why should I pay for it I wonder.
Then there are domain names on the account that is not linked to my line of business, guess what, it can not be deleted even after it has expired.

Now I have been trying for over a month to get this resolved, and no luck.
Incompetent people working for a big company. don't care as they just get paid a salary to be there.

I am looking at alternatives to Microsoft options if anyone knows of good software.

Office 365 is ingewikkeld, niet overzichtelijk, contact met deze mensen is bijna onmogelijk en er zijn veel beter alternatieven.

Microsoft 365 introduced at work. Firstly it looks horrible. Secondly, so user unfriendly. Fo a program that many of us use daily why change things and hide them? Why make us do long complex instructions when a single command could do? Emails are so horrible now. Hard to compose and organise. This is an absolute dud of a program and buy something else.

Horrendous
Initially set up as a 12 month subscription then amended to a monthly payment plan.
Cancelled my order after 24 hrs of using the free trial.
I have now been charged £79.99 for the yearly fee?
Called the customer helpline lady didn't understand my query at all and kept muting the call and asking me to call back tomorrow she hadn't taken any of my details?
How do I get my money back it's a cancelled subscription?

Microsoft account gehackt...microsoft onbereikbaar, enkel online kan je proberen je account te herstellen. Na een hoop belachelijke vragen waarmee je je zou moeten legitimeren krijg je wel een mail van hen dat ze je niet kunnen helpen. En nu ? Office 365 gekocht,...weg, Onedrive...weg.
De meest slechte service dan je je kan bedenken. Maar binnenkort wel geld van je Visa voor die Office zeker ?

Ho acquistato OFFICE 10, ora ho sostituito il pc ma siccome non "è più supportato" non si riesce a caricare. Ho chiesto assistenza e neanche loro sanno risolvere il problema...assurdo! PIuttosto dite la verità: volete obbligare le persone a passare a office 365 con abbonamento annuo o mensile. Cercherò in tutti i modi di non farlo, perchè questo è un vero sistema truffaldino che utilizzate con i vostri clienti. VERGOGNA!
