Fantastic service.
I can not recommend this service enough.
I applied just over 24hrs before flying and was quite worried that I couldn’t travel for my daughters 18th surprise trip.
I contacted the site and Jayne emailed me straight back. She was helpful and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I’m so grateful and intend to have a great experience in New York. Thankyou Jayne for helping to make this possible.

I had a question due the "pending authorization" status as I needed to fly in the following hours. The response from Susan at the Support Team was not only immediate but positive, kind and human. Would like to take a moment before I fly to thank Customer Support working on a Sunday.
