Easy to order and shipping of the item was quick. Took a few days to arrive due to Royal Mail strikes that they made me aware of. Can't go wrong.

We have ordered online from Oh Doggy a couple of times now and have been delighted with the prompt delivery and products - our boy Loki especially loved the treats :). Super news that the new shop has also opened...we visited today (the first of many I expect!) and were very impressed by the quality and variety of doggy goodies and by the very warm welcome we received. Product was far too small, but told that
return fees were my responsibility. No warning prior to this before purchase (or I wouldn’t have bought the product) the crate weighs over 10kg so far too expensive to send back. Understand it’s a small business but no warning of the fees isn’t good enough
