Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. They refused to accept a return of a Watchman oil tank monitor unused and still in its packaging as I was 7 days over their 14 day return policy.

Resposta da Oil Tank Warehouse
Hi Gunnel, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were disappointed with the outcome.
We do try to be fair and flexible with returns where possible. In this case, the Watchman was purchased as a replacement, but your original unit later started working again and the return request was made well outside of our returns period.
Because Watchman monitors are battery-powered products, we cannot accept them back after that length of time, even unused, as we cannot guarantee the battery condition for the next customer. We hope you understand this decision is not to be difficult, but to make sure every customer receives a brand new unit in the best possible condition.
We do not feel this is a fair reflection of our customer service. Customer service is something we take huge pride in, and our other reviews regularly highlight how outstanding our customer service is.
Arrived on time easy to sat up.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I ordered an oil tank float gauge yesterday and it turned up today. Sadly the mechanism inside was broken on delivery but after a quick phone call, another one was on it's way by the end of the call.
Anyone can claim good service but it's only when things go wrong is when you truly know. First time I've used these guys and it won't be the last. Thanks Tom - you were fantastic!

Thanks Mark, really appreciate the kind words. You are completely right, it is easy for companies to look good when everything goes perfectly, but the real test is when something goes wrong. Glad we could get another gauge sorted the next day for you and we look forward to your next order!

Hi George, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you feel that way. The Watchman is designed as a straightforward DIY product and is supplied with fitting instructions, along with the manufacturer’s technical contact details for any setup or troubleshooting support if needed. We also never received any correspondence from you, as we would have been very happy to help and would have responded straight away. If you do still need any assistance, please feel free to get in touch.

Outstanding customer service
Tom was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to assist well beyond what would be normal levels of service from some other larger retailers.
