Great Experience
We have just bought a bureau from Oka which was very reasonable in the sale and just what we were looking for. We were helped by two exceptional members of your team namely Debbie and Bethany. They went above and beyond; so helpful and kind too. We are just renovating our house so will be back.

I selfishly rang late on a Friday afternoon - but I would never have guessed from the reaction. Bethany answered, and knew exactly what I was talking about. She rang back as promised, very promptly, with further information, and then immediately arranged for the delivery, including a tiresome change of delivery address. When the paperwork arrived later by email I realised that she had had to stay late to deal with all this stuff, but it was such a pleasant encounter that you might have thought it took place in the middle of the day in normal office hours, rather than tiresomely late. Thank you so much!

Lovely product but bad customer service
The cushion covers are gorgeous so I have no complaints about the product. However I bought them very recently in your Marlborough store and while there I asked if there were any discounts coming up that could be applied but was told there were not. A couple of days later I got a brochure through the post offering a 15% discount on full priced items. That’s no way to treat your customers and has put me off returning.

My OKA addiction!
Helpful staff, especially Sandra and Debbie at the Froxfield store. Beautiful layouts and Indian influenced designs which work well in various interiors. Not cheap but I’d rather pay for quality items that will last.

I’m sat at my beautiful table on my gorgeous chair having a coffee from my cheerful mug looking at my stunning vase filled with the most realistic faux stems on the market and I can’t help but smile and feel wonderful about it all!!
It was my first time visiting the OKA Marlborough branch yesterday and on such a miserable wet dark day I just want to give the staff recognition for being so positive so helpful in the most genuine way from a customer point of view!
Thank you!!! Without a male on duty to assist the ladies with heavier purchases they were swift and efficient in getting my table ready for us to take home even making sure to leave us with the Allan key to reassemble it when we got home.
Bethany and Debbie thank you! One might say they’re just doing their job but it’s bigger than that! Customer service is the most inportant part of any job so thank you ladies for all your help! We will be back!!!

The team at Froxfield were so helpful in arranging for the despatch of a set of Wassily coasters. They went out of their way to send me photos of the product prior to purchase and arranged the dpd delivery for me.
