Patient, friendly and helpful service at the Froxfield OKA, the purchase nailing the lie that OKA is too expensive! Excellent well made cutlery that should withstand the kitchen dining lifestyle, the only downside being the rather large desert spoons.

I didn’t get the feeling of enthusiasm from the person behind the counter and in some respects, they were a bit blunt when responding to my questions. I didn’t feel welcomed.

Great service - just what you’d expect from Oka!
After a visit to decide what we liked, a follow-up phone call the next day found me speaking with the ever helpful Bethany @ the Marlborough store. In no time at all, we had dimensions and purchased two armchairs. They were wrapped carefully to protect them and ready for collection. Great service and an enjoyable purchase experience - thanks Bethany.
