Disappointed we could not collect from the shop
The Staff are very helpful but disappointingly the bench we bought in the sale could not be delivered to the shop and collected from the shop. this incurred an additional delivery cost of £60. This took a big chunk out of the savings on otherwise generous sale price.

Our first time buying at Oka. The shop in Guildford was amazing. Beautiful merchandise, very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The refreshing thing was that we could walk away with our purchases. Didn’t have to order and wait for delivery. A wonderful experience.
