Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. Assistant not very interested in giving a good service. Asked me if I knew what I had come for???. Never asked if I would like it gift wrapped , not interested! I have been into the store before and purchased items where the service has been excellent and interactive, definitely not on this occasion!!! Obviously needs some guidance moving forward!!!

Wonderful staff at Oka.
I visited the Oka Store in Knutsford on a busy Saturday afternoon and met Amanda one of the store assistants.
Amanda made shopping so much easier for me helping me with decisions, showing me alternatives, nothing was too much trouble.
Shopping was a pleasure and not at all stressful because of the way I was treated and the marvellous help that Amanda gave me.

What a service!
I couldn't decide whether the colour of a cushion was right for me, so I contacted Oka online and Davina from your Knutsford store went the extra mile by taking pics of the cushion in store and sharing them with me. She also provided helpful advice for me re other cushions. What a service! Thank you so much Davina!
