PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are posing as a UK company but are based in Asia. The quality is poor and trying to get a refund is IMPOSSIBLE. They will barter with you to accept a discount to keep their BADLY MADE clothes and then when you reject their poor offer and send the items back (to Asia!), they do not pay the customs charges so they say the items aren't received. How are companies allowed to operate like this? PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Massive scam 😡

This is a scam. I spent £500 with this company. Eventually received the clothes after 4 weeks. Very cheap quality fabric, badly made and poorly finished. I can’t wear these clothes. Contacting the company is a waste of time. They don’t respond and looking at other reviews- I think my chances of a refund is non existent. I will have to put this down to a very expensive experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They are posing as a UK company but they are China based. I have been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks, I am down £70 as all the items did not fit and i cannot get a refund no matter how hard i try. I am completely stuck as to what to do. I am currently requesting a refund through paypal so hoping this works...

AVOID!!!! please never buy from this brand! They are frauds, their clothing is not what is advertised and is taken from high brands (Club L). They do not process returns despite paying for delivery to china. Avoid at all costs!!!

Please do not buy from this, big scam this company is. showing different in website and sending completely different and when you ask for customer service they not giving you refund even after send their good back to china.

Awful quality, takes 3-4 weeks to deliver, to send it back you have to post to china which is expensive.
The customer service team is absolutely shocking its just an automated email response, wish I read the reviews before shopping with them. Avoid buying from this company!

Terrible quality and then you need to fight for the return, they offer 2 options 30% refund or 60% gift card, and after another 3 emails got the return details but you need to pay for the cost to send it to China and is very expensive. The order took ages to arrive as well. Horrible experience, avoid. I wish I did.

CATFISH!!!! I was hesitant to order from this brand already as I knew straight away, the images they were using of “their” dresses were actually images taken from a different brand (a high end and good quality) known brand. This was a red flag, but I thought you know what, maybe they are just a store that re-sells dresses idk… anyway the dress arrives after a long wait, and it is terrible! Honestly so so bad, it’s poorly made, the colour is off and the design is gross. They have tried their hardest to make the dress that is presented in their photo (not their product) but it’s not it. How on earth can you showcase products and pretend they are what you’re selling, then send out a complete catfish of it. quite embarassing really. Not happy at all, and I will be getting a full refund.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Parcel took forever to arrive and when it did quality of product was terrible. Then when trying to return the product I was given three options, keep and get a 30% refund, take 60% store credit or return to China and experience extortionate delivery fees that they would take no part in.

Parcel took ages to arrive, when it came all 5 things were extremely cheap and poor quality. Now battling with them to find out the address for returns, will be extremely expensive to post it back (as you have to pay) but over £100 of clothes so not wasting.

If I could give it zero I would. Dress took forever to turn up and when it did the quality was awful. I tried to get a refund and they basically on partially refund as they’re actually not based in the UK and apparently you pay for returns which is super expensive. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying!!!

I am a uk 10 ordered a 12-14 it took a month to arrive and it didn’t even fit my size 8 daughter

Company wanted me to pay a extortionate fee to return to china avoid at all costs

After ordering i Googled the reviews.. wish i didn’t because i actually expected the worst from these reviews. BUT i am so happy with my dresses and bag, i ordered it for a wedding and it came within a week.

The item I ordered is so badly made it’s not even remotely to the sizing they had said it was. I measured myself to the sizing table they had and it should have fit but the item I was sent is at least 5cms short in every way. They won’t refund me unless I pay a fee to send it back. I recommend not purchasing from them as it’s a waste of your time and they don’t care.

Even if it did fit the quality looks so bad. I worry that they have also been made illegally as well.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photos to the point of being rediculous.
The hem line was made incorrect the fabric was very cheap and had a very ugly flower print in horrible shades of brown and purple.
Plastic pearl buttons from the 1950s etc.. Hideous looking dress with holes in the waist that DO NOT appear in the pictures.
I do think I have seen a dress more hideous and more different dress than the photo.
This is false advertising
The company does not answer you back until you hammer them with emails them they offer you a 33 % refund. This is the only way they can sell there clothes.

Cheap fabric, poorly cut and made in China. Took ages to arrive. Not AT ALL worth the price.
Do not recommend.

I’m relatively confused by the all the reviews as I was expecting my dress to be nothing like what I ordered after coming in here to read reviews but it’s the complete opposite and exactly what I ordered!! Delivery took a week which isn’t too bad considering it’s shipped from China.

I spent £70, items took around 5 weeks to come, when I tried to return items I was offered 30% off my next order??? I refused and finally received a returns note only to be told I have to pay for the postage back to china which is £35.
Quality of clothes is terrible, terrible service all around
