Really bad advertising
Nothing made it great. I in my belief bought a sheet which was very badly advertised. The advert made you think you were getting a full duvet set but when it arrived it was actually only a sheet. I will not be dealing with this company again!!

Bought a nice dressing gown, refunded quickly, A*!
Bought a nice dressing gown, arrived within 2-3 days as advertised. I needed to return it and their customer service team were excellent, quick communication & clear instructions, with my refund processed quickly. Would certainly use them again!

A company in disarray
I ordered just shy of £200 worth of towels from this company and was sent an email to confirm the fact with an estimated delivery date . Once the delivery date had been and gone I contacted the company to enquire why the late delivery. Some 24 hours later an email arrived to say that the bath sheets were not in stock and a full refund was on its way back to the bank. If the items were not in stock then you don’t take any money and possibly suggest choosing a different colour which is in stock. There was no apology and no attempt to dispatch part of the order with the rest to follow . This sadly is probably one of the worst experiences of customer care I have ever witnessed, I have been treated with utter contempt and that is totally unacceptable, will never use his company again, absolutely shameful service.

ordered a few times off here and never had a problem but ordered a white bedspread, it was appalling had all pulls and yellow stains on it looked like an old rag,I emailed them and they told me to return it which I did over 10 days ago and still no refund, they also deleted my review off there website, I will never order off here again
