Given my 16 years old dog passed on Easter Sunday, I knew the chances of my cancelling the food order scheduled for the immediate Tuesday would be difficult. I contacted customer service first thing on Monday which was 'late morning' given I am in pacific time zone. They were understanding and refunded the payment even though they were not sure they could stop the delivery. They said to donate food if it did come. Very surprised and pleased by their generous attitude. If/when I get another dog, I'll be using Ollie again. My dog did very well on the diet, healthy and energetic to the end. Just ran out of time.

Stevie was amazing and accommodating in postponing our subscription. Our finances couldnt purchase right now and we found something that worked. So appreciate the great kind experience

Was doing deep research on which wet food I should choose for my puppy and couldn’t have chose better! My baby os always excited when is time to eat, he loves the food and all the flavors. Hasn’t had any stomach problems. And the delivery also quickk ! I’m happy with Ollie , thanks!!

McCall was my customer service person and she was so helpful! She didn't make me feel like I needed to justify the changes I needed to make. She offered a helpful tip but didn't pressure me in any way! Best customer service I have EVER received!

I’ve had a great experience with Ollie. Since switching to their fresh food, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my dog’s health and energy levels. He absolutely loves the meals and gets excited at every feeding.
The ordering process is super intuitive and easy to manage, and their customer service has been excellent whenever I’ve had questions. It’s clear they focus on quality and making things simple for pet owners.
Highly recommend Ollie if you’re looking for a healthy, fresh, kibble-free option for your dog.

So far so good my fur baby hasn’t tried the food yet but let me tell you she “LOVED” the Jerky beef strips with sweet potato! My darling loved them!
Packinging was very classy dry ice to keep food frozen. Shipping was fast ordered on March 27th packaged delivered on April 1st! Opened one and food looks fresh! 🤞🏾 my baby loves it!

Absolutely the best food ever. I've tried everything over the last 7 years my picky husky mix never really cared about food and some times didn't finish his food. Now I can't even finish preparing his bowl and he barks and howls until my ears hurt. I cannot afford the full portion so I do half and mix with his his old food. When I tell you he enhales it, it's bones in almost seconds. I'll go without without before I wouldn't deprive him of such joy. He was a rescue and in 5 homes in a year his first year of life when I found him walking home from parking my truck in NYC. I told the guy he just found his forever home. 9 years later and he happened to come my service dog. You could say we saved each other. So when he actually got excited after all these years for Ollie,while expensive which I get for the great quality of fresh food. The delivery process is also seem less. It comes frozen so from packageing to delivery at your front door the communication is precise. Packageing is amazing and I live in the hot desert sun and with there up to date tracking and packageing it's still frozen when delivered.

My pets before switching to Ollie did not love meal time. Food (kibble) would be nibbled at throughout the day even though I’m pretty sure they were hungry. After switching to Ollie they love meal time! I adore feeding my dogs Ollie because I know that it is so healthy and good for them too! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Not only is the food marvelous, Makayla will make sure you and your pet or pets are on the right path. I love the point system they have so you know how your children are doing health wise and what to do if there's a problem. She is prompt in getting back to you and stays with you as long as you need her!!!!!
