Purchased a Palram Canopia hybrid 14ft x 6ft greenhouse. Came with damaged polycarbonate panels and badly bent/damaged frame.
Cannot fault Onegarden, they replaced the whole greenhouse in a matter of days.
The greenhouse however was an absolute nightmare to erect with poor instructions and parts that just would not fit together.
The frame is thin and flimsy and the first time there was a significant wind the frame twisted, glass roof and side panels blew out and the door frame parted company from the metal base. Had the base not been well screwed down it would have been completely destroyed.
It was built to the drawings spec and bolted tightly together but when the whole frame bends and moves from side to side in gusting wind, despite three people holding it together using wood props it was like fighting a lost cause.
I spent four days reinforcing the roof and frame sides with extra metalwork.
Doesn't look very pretty but either that or risk losing the whole greenhouse in the next winds.
Unless you're able bodied and capable of carrying out extensive modifications (which shouldn't have to be done) buy something else !!

Excellent product at a very competitive price. Delivery driver professional and polite also took the time to ask where to drop product off within property boundary. Ordered over the phone again both professional and polite and no problems delivered on the date stated when order placed.

This was an excellent product, delivered by a friendly driver, easy to assemble and perfect for the job.

Absolutely no hesitation recommending this company and product.

Bought a metal shed from OneGarden, found it very good value for money. The instructions and diagrams for assembly were not the clearest but with a bit of patience and two people we managed it. Very happy with the result.

This is my second purchase of the Zest Libby 2 seater bench from One Garden. The first bench was so good and so solid, we were delighted with it... The bench is so easy to assemble... it does need a 2nd person to help align everything before the full tightening of all the fixings... but once done. It's a good looking piece of garden furniture... So we bought another Zest Libby 2 seater... this was delivered super quickly. Highly recommend this bench and highly recommend One Garden... I will happily purchase from One Garden again.... Outstanding online shopping experience..... thankyou !!

Ordered a shed 3weeks ago from One Garden, who are a retailer for Shiregb.com After 3 weeks wait, was called on the day of scheduled delivery (friday) & told that there was a breakdown and my shed couldn't be delivered, rescheduled a delivery for next working day (monday). On day of rescheduled delivery, received an EMAIL from a girl called Jess, not even a phone call, to say that the scheduling team had made a MISTAKE and delivery has been rescheduled for Friday. Postponed workmen once and can't postpone again & can't take delivery on the day given as I'm out the country. Really disappointed on their customer service, didn't even bother to call. Shire's tag line is 'built on reputation' - reputation is going down the pan with the customer service and scheduling team you've hired - mistakes being made and basic customer service - wouldn't recommend this firm at all, it's making me question whether I will ever receive my shed and the quality of it.

Best price I could find for Gazebo Summerhouse. There was about a delay of a month due to manufacturer but One Garden kept me well informed and it arrived straight from the UK manufacturer on the day they had given me. Very happy with the price and service from One Garden and from the manufacturer, Shire. Great hexagonal summerhouse too.

The shed I purchased from yard master I am very disappointed not only do you have to wait months and months for the shed to be delivered upon opening found the fittings missing so had to wait until they sent new fittings out I also purchased a base for the shed when starting to put together found they had sent the wrong instructions out and as you can imagine I wasn’t very happy the quality of the shed is poor and the instructions are terrible at best I would call them diagrams and when they say you can put the shed together in Half a day the is very misleading as the Screw holes don’t match up it’s a nightmare I would never recommend

Do not buy from one garden. I bought a burghley zest arbour for £549. (30.00 off) a week ago. Just been to wyevale garden centre where EXACTLY the same product was £415 including delivery. I wish I had not put it together otherwise I would if sent it back for a refund

Poor quality!
I ordered a shed, I know prices of timber have gone up but the quality of the wood is pathetic, so flimsy! The door has a massive split in it and there are so many knot holes I can play dot to dot! I asked for a partial refund and I am still waiting for a reply 2 months later!
Go elsewhere! Wish I did.

The shed that I purchased from this company was manufactured to the highest quality and it was delivered when they said it would be, would definitely recommend this company

Very good product,easily erected,super customer service and excellent value for money.

Bought a wooden arch plus a fixing kit to fasten it to my lawn. I received it in a couple of days and the arch itself is nice and good value. I ended up concreting it into place, so I requested a return for the unopened fixing kit and sent it back. Three weeks on, they still haven't given me my money back (£10), despite me chasing them up about it. It's a shame because I like the arch and was going to buy another. But this is a company that can't be trusted to process a simple refund of an unopened low value product. They're best avoided.

Edit: after I chased them again, they have now given me my refund.

Bought a play house through top cashback and one garden declined the payment even though it was bought in good faith.

Update: checked faq on TC for declined payments and none are valid. 1st time customer, ordered online via TC. My decision to buy said product was swayed by the fact cashback was offered via TC.

I have contacted TC to investigate as as far as I see I meet the t&c's for cashback in this instance.

I haven’t taken delivery of the triangular wood store and am extremely satisfied with both the service received and the product price and quality.
I would recommend and buy from here again .
