Excellent product, excellent service, excellent value.

I ordered the Cambrian Arch and it is a surprisingly good product for the price I paid. I believe it is the best value product of its type out there.

Delivery was prompt however
- there was no communication from the delivery company
- the driver just dumped the package ouside my door standing on live plants in garden rang the bell and cleared off.
- it said in the documents I got by email that I should check all the parts of the product I received were present and correct on delivery BEFORE accepting the goods. That would have been impossible even if driver had hung around without unpacking a huge heavy box of wooden parts into my living room and cross-checking each part with a diagram. I suggest the company remove that clause from the T&C and add something more customer-friendly.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Ordered over 2 months ago. I have now been given a 4th delivery date for this. Each time cancelled day of, or night before. So my husband and I have wasted 4 days of holiday each. 1st delivery, excuse was, driver forgot to load it onto the van. Customer service said, supply issue. 2 weeks later 2nd delivery, the excuse was the van broke down, customer service said supply issue. 3rd delivery 2 weeks later again, the excuse, we have a driver absence and no delivery. 4th delivery is now booked. I wont hold my breath. I doubt this will ever be delivered, and will have to chase up through trading standards. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the disappointment.

After several delays of the delivery of a Summer House it was eventually delivered with a key piece of the build split and warped in several different directions. Several other pieces were missing from the pack. ONE GARDEN contacted and was told that the fault lay with their supplier. Refused, and continue to refuse, to accept responsibility - I'm beginning to wonder who took my payment - One Garden or their supplier? Really disappointed and would definitely recommend any potential customers look elsewhere if they're seeking a quality product delivered on time with a competent Customer Services department to support.

Ordered shed for delivery as per website 3-4 weeks, advised by Shire the manufacturer that they were delivering in 2 months time. Shed arrived and the side wall had been damaged by their fork lift when loading. Shire driver adamant that the damaged panel had to be delivered and couldnt take away even though it was no use to me. Called OneGarden and was asked for pictures, item code and what the item was by email. After waiting 2 months still dont have a complete shed to install. Easier to phone Shire directly and now waiting for them to advise when a replacement part can be delivered. Would not order again or recommend ordering from One garden!

Very pleased with the Cambrian Arch I purchased from OneGarden. Easy to assemble and looks great in my garden. Nice quality timber and delivered within a few days of ordering. Great communication from this company from initial purchase right up to delivery. So pleased, I purchased the Colwyn Arch for another part of the garden and equally thrilled with product and service.

Good quality product made from sturdy wood. Easy to assemble needing 2 people for some of it. Looks amazing with honeysuckle climbing up. Would certainly recommend this product. When enquiring to the company re delivery details, received prompt, polite & helpful information.

One Garden is a family company that thinks and knows that the customers come first, communications with clients is paramount and I was very pleased with the speed they delivered my purchase. Will certainly use them in the future.

I ordered a garden bench and only half arrived as apparently the shipping company lost the other half. Not good but these things happen. The half that has arrived is good quality - no dispute there. I contacted One Garden who agreed to get the other half shipped. Still waiting and the summer passes me by with no garden bench to sit on. Still waiting .......

Purchased a zest rutland arbour from one garden,fantastic product,very well made,website was very easy to use,and made ordering very straightforward,delivery was very quick,and well inside the estimated time,communication was excellent,customer service first class,I am very impressed, and will definitely buy from them again in the future,I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a Zest garden arch from One Garden. Unfortunately one of the side trellis panels was broken. Took a photo and sent it to One Garden and a replacement arrived in 4 days. Excellent friendly customer service.
Would definitely use again.

We are delighted with our new Shire Barclay 7 x 7 summerhouse. It’s filled an unused corner of our garden and it’s really enhanced our garden. It has a super contemporary look. The instructions were spot on, easy to follow and everything went to plan. Installing the summerhouse was straightforward and went smoothly, every part and every screw and nail all present. We painted our summerhouse in ‘ Fresh Rosemary’ on the outside and left it natural on the inside. We did all the painting in advance of the build. It looks amazing. The service, communication and delivery were all excellent, in these difficult times as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Summerhouse and most definitely this company. Their communication was refreshingly excellent each step of the way. Great delivery chap too. Thank you so much.

Two 1.8m planters ordered - delivered on time, with a very efficient (and capable) delivery man who moved the heavy packages to exactly where they were needed.
All items present and correct; assembly instructions immaculate; even an old chap like me had the two planters ready within an hour. Now planted out and holding together well.

Bought a large wooden plant stand - it was expensive but really sturdy and good quality so should look great for years. Ordering was easy and there was a bit of a wait for delivery but I was kept informed as my order progressed. Assembly was straightforward- took two of us about 30 mins with an electric screwdriver. Very pleased with the item and would use this company again

Bought cover for garden arbour seems really well made hood thick material although not used yet as will use it more in winter months when arbour seat won’t be used

The garden arch arrived well packaged and soon after ordering. I had to use some longer screws as some that were provided were too short. It is better to have two people to construct the arch, but I did manage it by myself. Overall very good.
