Reward query

I had a query regarding a reward payment going back over twelve months so I contacted Onepoll and I received a very prompt response from Rachel who provided me with the information I wanted in double quick time. Excellent Customer Service, I will more companies were as good.

Account was blocked

Account was blocked, as seems to be the case with many people lately. I contacted customer support to be told it was blocked due to more than one account at this IP address. My husband has an account and we didn’t realise that this would cause an issue. After providing my ID and proof of UK residency, my account was reinstated.

However, we received no prior warning or notification that our accounts were going to be blocked, nor could I find any contact details for customer services when I received the “blocked” message in the login page. Luckily I had their email address already from previous correspondence, but other people might not have this.

We don't warn people that their accounts are to be blocked if we identify a potential issue. Where genuine members are caught up in our security checks we try to reinstate them as quickly as possible once their accounts are verified with ID. Thank you for your help with our research

Poorly Paid Surveys

This looked quite good at the outset a £5 welcome bonus and a £20 cashout level.However the (infrequent) surveys are 10p to 20p per survey and on this basis it would take the best part of a year to get to £20 given how poorly paid the surveys are.There are other much better survey companies about so I wouldn't recommend Onepoll.

Please be aware and stay away of this company

Please be aware and stay away of this unethical company. I have contacted MRS about this company. STAY AWAY! I will upload my email conversation between myself and them. They block you for no reason. This is my first review as I do not leave reviews but need to on this unethically trading company! This is the only company which asks for two forms of identification and once sent they say sorry your account remains closed. Please stay away!

If you have been locked there will be a reason and it would have been given to you when you contacted our members help desk. You would have been offered the chance to confirm your identify which I presume you chose not to do. This is why the account remains closed

Swift Agent Response, Quick Turnaround Time!

I have had a survey on my dashboard for more than 4 weeks now and it seems like a plaque that wouldn't go away. However, I reached out to the customer service and was helped by Rachel who did explain what was the cause of the error and went as far as assisting to get rid of the unwanted survey from my dashboard, and I can't do nothing but to sincerely thank her and show my gratitude too.

Very disappointed I have been enjoying doing surveys but realised today not had any invites so logged in to find deactivated
Not even a email from them to say this had happened. I emailed them as I have done a lot of surveys to find out they think I'm a fraudulent person!!! Said they want picture id me holding picture id and proof of UK residency NOT A CHANCE if you don't have the decency to tell me if issues I'm sure it's a ploy not to pay out BEWARE !!!!!!

Always helpful

My account was suspended and I was most concerned about it. I emailed Rachel and she was doing her best to help me to recover it. Rachel has help me in past with sorting payments out too, incredibly helpful! I love One poll because they are genuine survey company, no false promises of million pounds per survey and you can leave your day work, but real surveys averaging at 20 pence per survey which mounts up incredibly quickly, interesting subjects an hopefully our will help to improve in this world! Thank you

I have been a member of a panel for a number of years
Surveys are loaded regularly.
Reward level is £20. Easy to attain.
Excellent customer services who respond properly within 2 hours.

Blocked account

Went on auto pilot whilst laying on my sun lounger checking emails and was blocked.
Rachel Knight replied to emails promptly and courteously explaining the reasons for not being able to access my account. When ID was provided account was reinstated. Perhaps there could be a “holiday button” which freezes account whilst out of the country? I am sure there are lots of us that complete surveys daily.

Thanks for your review. Apologies for the problems you had. This is something we will look into doing as we are aware that our members love doing surveys so much they do them whilst away. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to do that currently but we have asked our software suppliers if it would be possible.

I would Say that There are Many Forms of Scam, but you see this Onepoll, they use a verified name to Scam People, I know many survey sites that Pays Very well and Don't lock people out especially when they place withdrawal, you all that are Giving Good reviews about this web, You're the Cause, Because I believe it's either , Onepoll employees create Trustpilot accounts to give themselves good reviews and nothing more, How can you reject my Payment after Working Hour, and after I have placed for payment, I saw their email, I was heart broken, my sweat and believe and hard work, believe it or Not, You can No longer request for payment without being rejected by the administrator, So those active users ,just know that Your Payment will not be precessed without You providing your Personal details

I am sure that TrustPilot would take issue with the unsubstantiated and baseless accusation that the numerous 5 star reviews we have received from our loyal and honest members were created by our employees. Without any way of identifying your account from the information available here I cannot comment on the account details except to say that we only block accounts when we have reasonable grounds to suspect potential fraudulent behaviour. The reasons would have been explained by the help desk had you contacted them. As an aside we paid out over £30K to 1500+ members last month. Honest members will always get paid by us.

Constant blocking made me give up.

I was a happy user of One Poll for several years until all of a sudden my account was blocked.I contacted them and managed to get it reinstated.Then some months later I was blocked and reinstated again.This was a few years ago but from memory I was blocked about four times in an increasingingly short time period.I corresponded several times with One Poll who told me I was apparently doing surveys from anothe country(I wasn't)and/or I was using multiple accounts(I wasn't).They also believed I was in Ohio(I am not and never have been.)After about the third block I was asked to send photo ID to prove I live in the (UK).I did and was reinstated.A few months later I was again blocked and again told to send photo ID.I replied that I had already done this once before but they said they don't keep records of things like that and to be reinstated I had to do it again,at which point I gave up.I told One Poll several times that I live and have always lived in the UK,that I only use one account to action surveys,and that I am not trying to scam them for £25....all to no avail.I expect they will reply to this post and just repeat all the accusations they made during my saga of trying to persuade them that I am a nearly 80 years old honest man who is not involved in any of the activities they give as a reason for blocking me after several years of problem free survey entry.One Poll has replied and said I was blocked because I used VPN.Yes I did,I always do to protect me from hackers.No other company has ever complained to me about using this safety feature and I am surprised that One Poll's system cannot cope with VPN usage and find it grounds for cancelling their users.I also distinctly remember being told by One Poll that my use of VPN has "nothing to do'with my account being blocked.They also mention that "not least"among my transgressions was apparently lying about my age.I said that I am nearly 80 but it seems that isn't true.I was born in January,1946 so although I would be happy to find out I was only about 45,I am afraid that a simple arithmetical calculation tells me that I will be 80 in January next year.Anyway,enough from me.I could go on disputing with One Poll but as I am,er,nearly 80 I think I will find more productive things to spend whatever time I have left on.

Thank you for your review. You have been with us for a while which is correct, however we have repeatedly had issues with your IP address (as covered in the previous reviews you have given us) which seemed to stem from repeated VPN usage which we have repeatedly explained was against our terms and conditions. These problems have persisted and this is why the account has been terminated. We don't store details of peoples ID for data security reasons so cannot reaccess them. In addition there are a number of discrepancies in the data provided, not the least of which is that you say above that you are almost 80 but your account profile gives a different age.

Mistake while claiming points quickly put right.

I accidentally went to cash out in Bacs not PayPal. One poll couldn't have sorted it out quicker.

I have used

I have used been using the survey for quite a long and i am so happy with the response and the way customer service query was handled. I would rate it 5 star for it. Plenty of easy short surveys. I have had two pay outs and they took a little time but all was good.
