The flowers were lovely, and the ordering process was excellent. However, the card was missing, and the delivery person couldn't tell the receiver who it was from. This was disappointing.

Ordered online, for Valentines Day, nothing was delivered, such a disappointment, terrible service, no response to whatsapp, no response to a call, no response to e-mail, eventually they answered the phone and said is it ok to deliver on the 15th.
Terrible experience, DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!
