Literally use any other company. I don't know how this company could possibly be any shittier. They don't notify you at all of a failed delivery attempt. They apparently can't use a phone or the internet to contact a driver and update deliver instructions to just leave it. Their actual solution they suggested was to wait outside from 8am to 9pm for the package.

Shut the place down now. I don’t if they’re just dumb or have a bad system but I’m OVERLY pissed off! Ordered my package on the 16th was supposed to be here the 21st. Says it failed to deliver because the “address” was incomplete. It wasn’t. And they sent me on the wild goose chase between these f*ing AI chat bots where they said they’d make a case and try to deliver again, AND THEN SENT IT BACK TO THE SELLER ANYWAYS?!

Absolutely the worst carrier and delivery service I have ever experienced. I’ve always had issues with Ontrack but recently ordered a package had it shipped to an address which both the merchandiser and Ontrack have delivered to numerous times. Ontrack tried to say that there was missing information and the address was incomplete, it was not it was entered and had all the same information as past times when they’ve delivered. Tried to contact them to provide my information again. I gave the address again and never heard back from them or had any resolution. The merchandiser tried to ship the package again, unfortunately they used Ontrack again so the exact same thing happened. In past times Ontrack has said things like “attempted delivery“ on a day when I had been home all day and they never showed up. Other times they leave the packages in relatively obscure areas instead of just on the front porch. I can’t believe any merchandiser is still continuing to use them as a service or a shipper. The vehicles they pull up in and use are usually unmarked and unprofessional looking. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they can’t seem to find an address that they’ve already delivered to in past times.

Despite multiple attempts to contact OnTrac and provide the required gate access codes, my package was never delivered and is now being returned to the sender. To make matters worse, OnTrac has been unable to provide an estimated timeline for the return.

The lack of communication and failure to resolve this delivery issue have been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in both delivery reliability and customer service.

Delivered rotten food days late after I explicitly refused it

OnTrac delayed my perishable grocery delivery for days, claiming there was a problem with my address. There was nothing wrong with the address.

I spent days going back and forth with customer service and explicitly told them I did not want the delayed food delivered. They delivered it anyway—to the same address they supposedly couldn’t find.

Now I’m left dealing with a box of rotten food and maggots, along with the hassle of trying to get my money back from the seller.

This went beyond a late delivery. OnTrac ignored my instructions and turned a grocery order into days of phone calls, emails, and a disgusting disposal problem. An absolutely unacceptable experience.

Have cancelled by Chewy Subscription due to them using Ontrac. They never deliver meanwhile never had an issue with FedEx or UPS. Now had an Amazon order that was being delivered by Ontrac and guess what, they say it is unable to be delivered. Told Amazon I do not want any of my orders delivered by Ontrac and if they do, I am canceling my account. Worst delivery logistics service ever!

Wish you had a lower rating because they're completely unreliable, I had to change Ollie Pet food Delivery to UPS because OnTrac just didn't show up with perishable fresh dog food on the day they were supposed to and that food was no longer safe for my dog to consume. Also when they do show up they throw the box over the fence, don't even ring the bell and lied about the time the delivery was made. And here we go again - a delivery from Chewy is no where to be found. I will be contacting them to change their delivery service as well.

Absolutely horrible company. Their customer service is non-existent. I believe they are stealing packages, that is why they "attempt" deliveries. No one on their team knows what is happening and cannot follow clear instructions. Also, companies who use OnTrac are also scummy as well when their business is openly the worst.

I wish I could give zero stars. What is the purpose of a tracking number if the driver marks it delivered but has not delivered it? Then when you start a ticket you are told it can take 48 hours. When you pay to have something delivered by a certain day it should be delivered by the date given. NOT 2 days later. And NOT saying DELIVERED IF IT WAS NOT. Horrible customer service as well - cant talk to anyone.

They named this delivery service wrong.. it should be called OffTrac. It took a week and a half to get my packages. Every time I would get a notification that it was out for delivery. It would then send me a notification that it attempted to deliver and it was unsuccessful. All these times that it was unsuccessful. My business was open from 9 to 7 PM in the evening. We were there the whole time. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this company, but you can’t rely on it.

This is one of the best companies ive ever worked for, in my life, compared with major employers LIKE UPS AND AMAZON, I CAN TELL YOU , UPS, is the worste company i have ever worked for TREMEDOUS SLAVE LABOR. AMAZON IS NUMERICALLY FUSTRATING, MEANING THE MANAGEMENT CAN BE NUMBERED IN LIFE ITSELF, WEIRDOS. terrible job security, ontrac, is legit ok .. its doing the logistics.. simple as that. And after I been working here I dont understand why other companies dont behave more like ontrac/lasership. There really decent , were people. Not perfect, consumers are the new complainers. Like everything's perfect. Its not, your obnoxious for thinking every shipment results in a clear coat finish. It doesn't. Good luck with amazon returns now if thats your choice thats your choice, but seems to me like your only concern is populative opinion or society's practice. So be you, if that makes you everyone else.

Scam artists who mark your packages as undeliverable even though they never even stepped foot on your property or attempted delivery. I have had 4 packages marked as undeliverable, though zero attempt was made. They are liars and thieves who steal your packages.

Every single time I get a delivery from this cut rate sub par service, it is horseshit. My business is open Tuesday -Saturday. Hours posted on the door. The same incompetent driver has left packages on a Sunday, outside the door of the shop, in the rain to get stolen or damaged. This last delivery takes the cake. The shop was open. The dimwit dumped the package in front of the door outside. Luckily a shopper picked it up and finished the delivery. There is a reason they are cheap to ship with, you end up paying with botched deliveries. Just pay a few dollars more and hire an actual service that is competent.

Your apology is pointless. I have brought this to OnTracs attention several times, and nothing changes. A true apology is changed behavior. You say sorry, and the same young woman drops the packages out on the street and I can only hope someone either brings them in, or I find them before they are stolen. It is costing money when the stolen shipments need to be replaced and shipped with expensive overnight shipping. Your apology is a slap in the face as the bad actions continue. I only wish I could control how my client chooses to ship. I can only hope they Google reviews before they use OnTrac.

Delivered to wrong house and picture of delivery wasn't even my door or address, driver couldn't even read house address to confirm and when support updated my case just said there's a picture so we good, closing case without even trying to gather more info. Cant believe this is allowed and a horrible experience!

What a disgusting company. My package was robbed by the driver, I think, and resealed with their own tape. I was standing ready to accept their package, but instead they threw it into the mud and took off out of guilt in my opinion. I cannot believe Lululemon utilizes this courier or anyone for that matter… To deliver for them.
Then you try to put in a claim and that’s useless. They are so disrespectful to you when you try to put in a claim and you get nowhere.

Ontrac is a worthless company with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .THE DRIVER LEFT THE SECURITY GATE WIDE OPEN. THERE WAS A SHOOTING NEARBY AND SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE GATES ARE KEPT CLOSED. THE DRIVER EXPOSED US TO A HARMFUL SITUATION. I AM CONSULTING WITH A LAWYER ABOUT A POSSIBLE LAWSUIT AGAINST ONTRAC AND WALMART. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible customer service. Package was not delivered, yet they say it was. I have Cameras and their claim is absolutely false. The pic they provide isn't even legible .. looks like a prism. Closed the case and just flat out dishonest!

How much can you possibly hate a delivery company. Chimps would be better at deliveries than their lazy stupid deliver people. I have signs all over my property indicating packages should be left at front door. They leave it in the street by the mailbox and in front of my garage door to insure that I run over the package. Customer service is nonexistent. Sent them pics of bad deliveries and they don’t respond. The only thing left is to threaten companies I purchase from that I won’t buy from them if they continue to use this shopping company. FYI on trac is also laser ship

Falsely marks packages as undeliverable. Will mark that the driver “needed an access code” when there was no need. This was not in a business or apartment complex. It was not in a multi unit building. There is no gate or access code because the address for delivery is a house, which has a porch that items can be delivered on.
No phone number to call. Agents on chat are incompetent and full of excuses. They will not escalate your issue or allow you to speak to the driver or supervisor. If a company is using this delivery service, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

OnTrac (more like OffTrac) strikes yet again! After delaying my delivery two days they now "claim" I have refused the delivery? What? I was home all day waiting for this, got a delivery from both FedEx and UPS the same day, OnTrac (OffTrac) was never here to make a delivery, BTW I have a camera and there is absolutely no footage of this so called delivery and refusal. This is probably keeping with the actual delivery of only about 2 packages with 70 so called attempts. This company sits on a throne of lies! Why would any reputable company want to associate with them?
