Delivery texts sent to me that package was out for delivery for three days. Get on their chat and its 830pm they tell me please contact us immediately if your package isn’t there funny thing is they close at 9 pm and he immediately ended chat when he said it knowing they would be closed. Walmart has lost their minds for using these bunch of clowns. 4 th delivery of package delivered problems with all of them from being left on roadside out in the country where they will be taken to throwing it in front yard. No dogs no nothing. These people are a joke

How do I start? THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK. I will be that person to tell everyone how horrible they are AND I will be that person that tells everyone to write a horrible review just because. NEVER and I mean NEVER can they do anything correctly. They take a picture of a mailbox as proof of delivery, without an actual address shown in the picture (meaning no proof at all). I can take a picture of anyone's mailbox and say its delivered. Damn Door Dash is knocking you out the park. At least they show some actual proof and I thought they would have these issues. That was the first delivery and then the NEXT DAY...tells me its delivered. I was home all day, outside most of it and no one came to deliver anything to me. Nothing on any one of my 5 cameras either. Nothing in my mailbox. GUESS WHAT? This time, no proof of delivery, not a single photo. This is where its get just stupid. I hate being like this but it is what it is at this point. WHERE DO THEY HIRE THESE PEOPLE? I mean my address is listed on my mailbox its listed on my house and I have a placard on my damn tree when you come into my driveway. LIKE FOR REAL? No customer service at all. robot bull. Whatever...I will get my money back which is cool and I will not order anything that this company has to deliver. HEY KIDS, don't worry about school or learning how to drive or follow direction. Come work here, we accept anyone!!! Dead, but more reviews will be coming.

OnTrac has provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The driver delivered my package to a completely unknown location, and there is no trace of where it actually went. To make matters worse, their support team shows zero willingness to assist or resolve the issue. Instead of helping locate the misdelivered item or making things right, they leave customers completely stranded. Avoid using this delivery service if you have the choice!

Terrible. Never on time. Customers supporting horrible, provides very little information and updates. Usually order dog food through chewy, for some reason this time in went through OnTrac and of course arrived several days late, never once has happened before with other delivery service.

DISRESPECTFUL WITH CUSTOMER'S BELONGINGS.
MY PACKAGE WAS LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT, ON THE DIRT. THE BOX WAS DAMP FROM THE DIRT, OVERHEATED ( THE CONTENT WAS LIQUIDS, PERFUMES THAT CANNOT BE EXPOSED TO HEAT), SOILED, AND DENTED. NOBODY TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT.

My shipment was delivered to the wrong state due to an error on OnTrac's end. Despite the order address being correct, OnTrac misinterpreted the destination, leading to a significant delivery failure. I am very disappointed with this lack of accuracy and reliability in their routing process.

They're claiming they cannot deliver my package due to not having an access code, and I live in a mobile home park so there is no access code you can pull right in my driveway and leave it on my porch. However I have to put in a ticket and I'll get contacted within 48 hours to have it resolved. Can't talk to a human you get a virtual assistant you guys are atrocious!!

Awful in so many ways. Claimed my package was returned to sender despite THEIR tracking saying it was in the middle of nowhere. Their agents suck and they are corrupt package stealing evil gaslighting criminals.

I receive deliveries from many different companies via multiple different delivery companies. OnTrac is the ONLY delivery company that can’t seem to find my home. Despite contacting the company and several merchants notifying them that this company delivers ALL of my packages to an address that is 4 miles away from my home, which the only thing that address and my address have in common is the zip code!!! HORRIBLE customer service! HORRIBLE company overall!

They delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily not too far away but their delivery people should be able to distinguish between a 3 and a 6.

The first time they were to deliver to me they claimed the address on the package was illegible. Of course the delivery information was on line. They claimed they had to contact the shipper to get the address, and the package would be delayed a day. It came the next day, with the original shipping label intact. They clearly just didn't wish to come to my house the first day. Liars. Since then? Multiple annoying text messages, and again the delivery came a day later than promised. Horrible, useless level of service.

Horrible delivery company!!! They should change their name to 'OffTrac'.

My package was delivered, but the problem was that the driver left a Styrofoam cup in my driveway. I know it was the driver because I went next door to see a neighbor just 30 minutes before and did not see it then, and when I came back up my driveway, there was the cup right in the driveway, and it still had ice in it. I found it rude that the driver was littering on my property. I want the company to know what kind of drivers they have. You don’t deliver a package and then litter on your property. They have also lost my packages in the past.

Delivered to the wrong house. Was out for delivery at 10:00 a.m. in the morning and at 7:30 pm was delivered to the house next door... New neighbors that I don't really know. It was dark.. they didn't have a light on and they didn't answer the door ...they don't have a ring doorbell so I had to just take my package and go. I felt like a thief... All because Ontrac couldn't complete the ONE JOB they had. This is not my first bad experience with them and I don't know if it's my only review. What a lousy delivery service.

10/12/26.. was just asked to provide the tracking number and my phone number which I did do- to prove this experience with genuine. This was a genuine BAD experience.

Every time I get an ontrec delivery tracking shows delivery is coming and it gets delayed, this time it said incomplete address so I went onto their texting customer service ( computer) and put in tracking number and answered a few questions one of them being my complete address so they have my complete address already and then find out they are delivering it tomorrow. On trec should be called offtrec

Didn’t deliver my order due to “business that deliver was going to was closed”. Support was no help and I advise you to avoid this company at all costs

I wish walmart.com would stop using this awful delivery service. They are always delayed by days

Horrible delivery service provider. OnTrac claimed to have tried to deliver our package on four different days. Each day a different excuse (incorrect security gate code, incomplete address, etc.). Finally delivered on the fifth day. They had the same gate code and full address from day one. I believe that they never even attempted the delivery on the first four days. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is not an isolated occurrence. Everyone in our gated community has had issues with this company. Everyone cringes when they see a pending delivery from OnTrac.

They made one aborted attempt to deliver my package, asked for more information on my location (which I provided in great detail) then simply returned it to the sender without even trying to take a second stab at a delivery.
I couldn’t be less satisfied with their performance.
P.S.- that particular type of form reply explains absolutely nothing & certainly doesn’t change my opinion of their “service”.

I specifically left detailed instructions as to where to not leave my package and where to leave it. I own a condo and stated that my package was to be left at the door of my third floor condominium NOT in the parking lot at our trash room and mailboxes and the driver literally left it on the ground below the 30 mailboxes outside the trash room. I wasn’t home and had to call neighbors to have them go down and pick up my package and leave it at my home.
