Buying a bed at a distance.
I was pleased to have a zoom call with a sales assistant who showed me several beds and demonstrated how they worked. The bed was delivered on time as planned and assembled on site. It all took less than an hour. I’m satisfied with the result.

We recently had a new bed delivered and installed by Opera Beds, and I would like to commend the team for an exceptional level of service throughout.
Dwaine and Jason arrived ahead of schedule, which was greatly appreciated, and from the outset they were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was carried out with great care and attention to detail, and they treated both the furniture and the surrounding environment with the utmost respect.
Working within a Private Country Estate naturally requires a certain level of discretion, awareness and understanding of Estate protocol, and both Dwaine and Jason handled this exceptionally well. They were considerate, accommodating and entirely professional throughout, making what could have been a disruptive process remarkably seamless.
It is refreshing to encounter people who clearly take pride in their work and understand that excellent service is about far more than simply completing the job.
Dwaine and Jason are a real credit to Opera Beds, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I had excellent service from Opera beds from my initial enquiry to the delivery. Ricardo was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble when he helped me choose the right bed and mattress. The men who delivered and set up the bed were very efficient and helpful. I would recommend them.

Finally! somebody who understands good customer service and aftercare
Contacted the company yesterday re a faulty actuator motor. I emailed them a phone generated reel of the dysfunctional part. Dan phoned me soon after to confirm the dispatch details, then sent me a replacement instructions video, which I didn't need but which would be useful to a novice. Very helpful, very polite. No hint of any reluctance to honour the warranty. I've just fitted the new motor in a couple of minutes, approximately 24 hours from discovering the fault and contacting the company. DPD with their real time tracking and reliable timing did their part in this impressive exercise in top customer service and aftercare. With a product like this, prompt parts replacement is pretty critical. Somebody's getting it right.

Excellent service from start to finish. Thorough and informed sales team taking time to ensure we got what suited our requirements. Fast and efficient delivery with friendly and hard working installation team. Fantastic functionality of the bed which ensures comfortable position when sitting up, or sleeping. Massage function is outstanding giving fantastic back relief prior to sleep. Still undecided regards the memory foam mattress, although fantastically comfortable I find it difficult to change position due to my disability. May need changing under Operas 10 day policy ensuring the perfect match. 10/10 for the company in all respects.

Fantastic service from Ricardo and team, I had to change my mattes and nothing was too much trouble from them m, it was delivered the next day and what a difference, I don’t want to get out of bed, I chose the Hybrid mattress and it’s amazing.

No complaints. Right from the start we were treated with respect and the men that came to put the beds set the beds up were polite but had a good sense of humour. They left no mess and were no problem to have around.
