Needed an adjustable single bed for my mum very quickly due to my dad having to have a hospital bed at home. Very helpful and informative regarding choosing a bed and went above and beyond to sort out the delivery of the bed to coincide with day of delivery of the hospital bed. Kept informed the day beforehand of the time of delivery and on the day itself.

A* from start to finish
We approached Opera beds as we needed to purchase a profiling bed for our Mom.
Our experience of Opera from start to finish was was first class. The initial sales call with Billy was a breeze. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and was able to answer any questions we had. Not once during that call or subsequent emails did we feel we were being pushed into purchasing.
We then had contact with Sean regarding delivery which initially was within 10 days however as I was away on holiday, he was very happy to delay delivery until my return.
The bed has been delivered today and more than meets expectations. It looks high-quality and is exactly what. Mum wanted. We are looking forward to seeing how her sleep is affected, hopefully for the better.
The guys that delivered the bed were extremely professional worked extremely tidy and left no mess (Patrick and ?) They even put shoe covers on so as not to dirty mums carpet.
All in all can’t fault our experience. Well done, Opera beds!!

I'm really pleased Billy was able to answer everything without any pressure. Buying a profiling bed is a big decision and it's usually not one people are making under happy circumstances, so we'd much rather you had the space to get it right. Our installation teams take real pride in leaving a home exactly as they found it, so the shoe covers made me smile, thank you for noticing.

Caring and efficient
Opera Beds came to my aid after a dreadful experience with another bed company. They were extremely helpful in tailoring the price to my needs and in effecting a remarkably quick delivery and assembly. At all stages the people involved were caring and efficient.

Excellent service from both admin and delivery. Timing was excellent both in next available delivery soon after purchase, and also communication about the exact delivery time. The men were extremely courteous and helpful.
The only reason for dropping a star is there is a fault with the product. A minor tear in the fabric of frame. It was spotted by the installation man, photo taken for office report.... Otherwise I am thrilled with all. Just awaiting contact from the office regarding the tear.

We purchased a great bed last Monday and it was delivered today, fantastic service by all concerned, Rich and Darren delivered the item, erected it and went through the training with us on the remote, they were fantastic really helpful guys,
My wife can now enjoy the attributes the bed gives her
