Excellent in all respects
Alex and Ammar who delivered and installed the profiling bed were punctual, friendly, hard working and patient. Everything went smoothly. The bed looks good and operates well. Opera Beds' service was excellent in all respects.

Delivery men were friendly
Delivery men were friendly, courteous . Old bed was removed and they even asked for a hoover to do under the old bed before putting new one in place . All rubbish was removed and they demonstrated all the functions of the bed. This plus the excellent service we experienced when choosing the bed makes me certain to recommend the company to anyone.

A very positive experience from ordering through to the finished installation
From the initial enquiry through to installation, communication was excellent. The sales adviser listened carefully to what we needed, answered questions promptly and was very helpful in getting the specification and delivery arrangements right.
The delivery and installation went exactly as agreed, including helping to move the existing bed elsewhere within the care home, which made the whole process very straightforward.
Most importantly, the bed itself has been an excellent choice. It provides all the functionality of a profiling care bed but looks like an attractive piece of bedroom furniture rather than medical equipment. That was particularly important to us as this is an elderly relative's living space in a care home. She is really pleased with both the comfort and appearance of her new bed.
A very positive experience from ordering through to the finished installation.

Fantastic customer service and an amazing bed
Fantastic customer service and the bed is amazing, Mum keeps telling me its 'heavenly'.
We had a bit of a rush on getting the bed in time but between Dan and Paul (warehouse manager) they managed to get the bed delivered and installed so Mum could be released from hospital.
We were so grateful for the extra mile they went and would recommend them without reservation.
Everybody we spoke to was friendly and helpful, at times of stress it's exactly what you need. Thank you!

Quick and easy, great company to buy from
The online personalised showroom tour made it easy to choose the right bed. The quote was clear and because I needed the bed quickly, I opted for pallet delivery the next day. The bed arrived by 8am and it took two of us a couple of hours to complete the assembly. It was actually easier than I expected and the video assembly guide on YouTube was pretty clear (and will always any concerns you may have about difficulty) All in all, a great experience.

Nick was very polite and efficient

Very comfortable bed
Very efficient and friendly. I knew I wanted Opera from the start and spent some time deciding what I wanted. My bed came a week after it was ordered. The delivery service was excellent - Alex and Patryk were fast and very efficient, explaining the controls. The bed is really comfortable after the mattress had time to ‘plump up’. I love the Zero G setting. I would definitely recommend Opera beds. However I would not recommend the graphene electric blanket - it felt like sleeping on cardboard. Opera have been very good about this, and are having it collected when they are next in the vicinity.

Exemplary service and staff, excellent product
Exemplary advice, service and aftercare from the whole team at Opera Beds throughout the process. Harry from Sales couldn't have done more to reconfigure the bed and accessories to meet the needs of our elderly and demanding relative. Nick delivered and installed the bed, professional and brilliant with explaining its function to our relative and when we needed something exchanged during the trial period.

Good beds and helpful staff
Bought two beds from Opera beds in Hull. All the staff whether on the phone or when goods delivered were very helpful and Chelsea was knowledgeable and friendly when we visited. One or two minor issues sorted out quickly and when I wanted one of the beds moving kindly fitted in with my timetable. Very happy with the staff and service
