Excellent service
Visited the showroom nearest to me. Dealt with by Bruce, didn't feel under pressure to buy. Excellent choice of beds and mattresses. When my bed arrived it was assembled quickly and without any mess. Would certainly recommend Opera Beds.

Very good service from opera beds
Very good service from opera beds. My son is very happy with his new bed. Comfortable, easy to navigate remote control and the functions are really useful. Delivery was on time and friendly customer service. Overall, we are satisfied with opera beds.

When I was deciding on a bed for my mum, I was really anxious because I wanted to get it right for her. I called opera beds and they couldn't have been more helpful, from the moment I spoke to someone I felt more at ease. I spoke to a man called Billy and he explained everything so well and from that call I ordered the bed, they gave clear delivery dates, they helped when I needed the bed a little sooner. They were absolutely spot on for the time they had said and very quick ,organised and friendly when assembling the bed. They went through the instructions of use clearly and answered all my questions. So I would definitely recommend Opera Beds to anyone i know. Thank you

A recent order for an adjustable bed…
A recent order for an adjustable bed was given a waiting time of four to six weeks during the wait l had a fall which made delivery more urgent, opera could not have been more obliging . Thanks to Chelsea Brown the bed although not quite complete but suitable for use was delivered. Many thanks Chelsea we await the final completion and hope it meets our needs .

Excellent product and service. Had first uninterrupted sleep for months( every night since) Customer service gave very good explanation of product and quick delivery date. Delivery very good, very professional installation by Lee and Harry. Had technical problem on day and customer service arranged Lee and Harry to return to fix it within 2hours! Would highly recommend 👍

Billy, is absolutely amazing. I came in with my mother and toddler and he accommodated us all, between paper work and helping with the running toddler he really is great. A year later and I needed some help with something and he didnt waste a second to help me. 5 star service! Oh and delivery men are great at what they do and installed the bed in a heart beat! Id definitely order from them again if needed.

A quality product & service deserving of a 5-star rating!
The delivery was on time and extremely efficient. The old super kingsize bed was awkward to remove but the 2-man team (Nick and Owen) did so with great care. The new Opera bed was expertly installed with the demonstration & handover process explained clearly. Both guys were helpful and very polite, leaving the room clean and tidy as they found it. Overall the whole process from showroom visit, purchase, and delivery was an excellent and smooth process. A quality product & service deserving of a 5-star rating!

Excellent service from start to finish.
The service from start to finish was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for Michelle from viewing to ordering the bed. The delivery happened in the timescale that I was told and the men delivering were very pleasant. I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish the experience of…
From start to finish the experience of buying from Opera was made simple. Lisa showed us around in a very professional manner, with no hard sell. Just plenty of information and understanding. Delivery was within a few days and once again the installers were very professional. The bed itself has made a massive difference to my quality of sleep. The only request I would make would be for a motion sensor within the remote so that it lights up as soon as you move it.

a great experience
easy to order, no pressure sales, i was kept up to date as to how my order was progressing and the delivery guys were polite friendly even positioned the bed exactly where i wanted it down to the last inch without having to ask them, and to top it all they took every scrape of packaging away with them
