I spoke to a girl called Alex's on the phone she was very helpful and understanding ,she listened to what i need to say and also took her time to make sure she had all of the information and reassured me she would get back to me when she gets a reply to my problem.

I spoke with Alex today, and she was an absolute diamond. She went above and beyond to help me, clearly explaining everything related to the issue I was having. She’s even taking it upon herself to track down some additional information that my previous supplier has made difficult to access. As someone who works as a Training Specialist in a similar environment, I can confidently say that Alex is a real asset to your company.

They dont answer their calls. If you are doing it yourself online you dont get the code till the following day or 2. Very disappointed with their service.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I set up a payment plan as soon as was requested and then had constant emails and texts to tell me to set up a plan or my credit rating would be affected. This went on for weeks until I sent a complaint to them

Ophelos reached out to me regarding a dept owed,there agent was a great help,I never felt forced or pressured by him in regards to the payment due as a lot of other debt chasers might.he was extremely helpful in offering suggestions on how to breakup the payment rather than struggling to pay all at once.ophelos is definitely a company I'd recommend to anyone that might be struggling to pay depths and are looking for guidance.

Ophelos let me see through my debt on their website only using a number of reference - also had the option to pay through Apple Pay and made my life easier. Great support with no threatening emails and very straight forward communication. I personally recommend to everyone!

Don’t pay this company a penny !

They try to collect statute barred debts, they have no legal way to do so .These are debts over 6 years old and can be up to 20 years old .
Just tell them you have no liability to pay this debt and you will not be paying it .
