Liberating research has been more of an advantage for me since I am learning about what’s going on in my body. The. Studies really help. Even when knowing what’s right to eat to ensure I’m comfortable as well as not have so many triggers in my body and health. I appreciate the opportunity to learn even more.

I participated in the VLN cigarette survey across the last three phases, with payment clearly stated to be made within 4 weeks. It has now been over 4 months, and I have not received any payment. Several others I know are experiencing the same issue.

I have sent multiple emails regarding this, but there has been no response. It is concerning that new survey phases continue to be sent out, which shows the team is active, yet outstanding payments are being ignored.

This situation is unacceptable. Participants fulfilled their part, and it is only fair that payments are made as agreed. Ignoring emails and failing to communicate reflects poorly on your organization.

I request immediate clarification on the status of pending payments and a definite timeline for resolution.

I completed a survey on March 26, 2026 and was contacted the following day asking how I would like to receive the honorarium.

I had not received the honorarium by April 9, 2026 and sent an email to the Operations Executive who was my contact person throughout the study (Elza). She replied on April 14, 2026: "It usually takes a couple weeks for the payment to be processed but I've followed up with our finance team to sort it as soon as possible."

It is now April 28, 2026, just shy of 5 weeks since I completed the study and I still have not received the honorarium.

Can someone please give me an answer as to why I haven't received the honorarium yet and give me an idea of when I can expect it?

I did complete a study on February payment was said to be 3wks interval but I'm yet to receive payment I have reached out to Lily through the provided email but I have not been given date for payment and my mails hasn't not been responded too for months now

I completed a survey on February 9th, I was made to understand that payment will take 2-3 weeks. It's been over a month without receiving my incentive, I have sent out emails to "lily" no reply it's frustrating you don't behave this way.

Surveys are interesting and love the incentives.

So far, all of my experiences have been very positive with Opinion Health. I've very much enjoyed taking part in their surveys and think they are very fair when it comes to compensation. I highly recommend getting set up and registered with them and share your opinion!!

Opinion Health survey is the best, and it doesn’t take time to complete and the compensation comes easily without wasting no time.

The studies are okay but the wait to get paid out is literally ridiculous.

I have done a few surveys/study’s for Opinion Health and I enjoy them and they always compensate as well.. Great Opportunity for anyone who is just scrolling through their phone Anyway.

Completing the surveys are simple and not that time consuming. The only downfall is the time to get your incentive. You will get paid, however, it will take longer than expected.

I completed a survey for Opinion Health with the clear understanding that payment for each completed phase would be made within 3–5 weeks, as stated by the company. Unfortunately, it has now been over 8 weeks (and counting) and I have still not received any payment.
I have contacted Opinion Health multiple times and keep being told to write to a staff member named Lily. I have done so repeatedly, yet none of my emails have received a response. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
What makes this worse is that I am clearly not the only one affected. I have seen many other participants raising similar complaints across different social media platforms about delayed or missing payments. This suggests a systemic issue, not an isolated case.
Instead of repeatedly telling people to “email again,” Opinion Health should proactively review all emails from the past several weeks or months, identify participants who are owed payments, and settle these debts without further delay. Participants should not have to chase endlessly for money they legitimately earned.
If Lily is responsible for handling these matters, then there is a serious problem with communication and accountability. Ignoring emails while payments remain outstanding is unacceptable.
I strongly urge Opinion Health to:

Review all unpaid cases immediately
Respond to outstanding emails
Pay all participants who are overdue, including myself

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to others.

I can honestly say I loved using the app. I believe it will be a tool that will be able to help a lot of people. The people that work for the company you're absolutely wonderful. They're so nice and kind and help with anything that you might have a problem with.I highly recommend anyone to give this app a try.

Sometimes meeting the criteria can be a little exhausting, but if you have the time they are definitely worth working with. Fast and easy reimbursement and trustworthy.
