My mam asked me to go into optical…
My mam asked me to go into optical express in the whitewater to see if they could help fix her glasses. Lauren looked after them for me and fixed them in no time. She also changed the nose pads and gave the glasses a clean for my mam, the service was amazing and it’s great to know they are so happy to help with any future issues! Will definitely be back

Lauren was amazing, she put me at ease when I was nervous about getting my eyes tested and helped me pick out the right glasses for me, I can’t recommend her enough thanks so much again!

I came into the Newbridge branch to look at some styles of glasses and Lauren helped me with choosing a pair that really suited me! Her service was excellent and it’s great to see someone so friendly and willing to help! I’ll definitely be back to get a pair !

I popped into the Newbridge store yesterday, a lovely man Vadim was very helpful. He had my glasses fixed within a matter of minutes. Extremely good service.

Newbridge Store Service
Lauren and Heather in the Newbridge store couldn’t have been any better! Made the whole experience so lovely for me and my mam, they were beyond helpful and made sure to get me the best deal possible. Couldn’t praise the two girls enough!

Great staff, great facility, very professional approach all round. No pressure to go with surgery. Good advice given after lengthy tests.

Great service!
Always a great experience when I pop into the newbridge branch! Lauren and Paul are always very helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs. Friendly people and a lovely experience (even if it is just a case of screw and nosepad replacements). Can't commend their staff enough!!

Went into the shop as my partner stood on my glasses and broke the side , Lauren was great and fixed them for me and gave them a clean for me , her customer service was excellent

So helpful
So helpful, came in to get my glasses adjusted as they were a bit crooked on my face. They fixed them no problem and cleaned and tightened them so it was better than I expected!
