I have bought 1 prescription glasses about 6 months ago. It is sturdy, comfortable and feels pretty premium although it's lot cheaper than local hospitals. The one thing that can be improved is faster delivery but still that's worth the time.

I ordered reglazing of glasses. Process was smooth and the quality of lens are very good. Would definitely purchase again.

Had a paid of glasses that needed the lenses changed as my prescription changed. One company would not do it as they said the frame was too old but optically did it for me and it was fine and the glasses still are 6 months on.
My husband ordered a pair of new glasses from there too and they are good quality and seem good.
I ordered a new paid of sunglasses but when they cane they looked and felt so cheap that I am not using them but this is hit and miss when buying glasses online and I would try again ad all of my previous experience with them has been great

When I received my first pair there was an issue with one of the lenses, after contacting Optically the glasses were returned to be fixed. The lenses were reground and returned in a couple of days. Cannot fault the company for a no fuss, no cost return policy.
These are a great set of glasses, great quality, very fashionable and excellent value.

The woman who helped me was great. She took the time to understand my needs and answer all my questions. She helped me apply the proper discount for my order.

Overall the service was very good.
One of the pairs of glasses I ordered required adjustment at the local optometrist but that was okay.
When a pair of frames broke, the team very quickly found me a replacement lens and I was very pleased with the result.

Yep can't recommend them highly enough, quality glasses at realistic prices. These guys even make spec saver look like a rip off. Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks. I have bought 6 pairs over 2 years never had any problem with the quality.
