I recently stayed at Optimal Apartments in Bradford, and it was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and featured modern amenities, including a stunning hot tub that was the perfect way to unwind. The thoughtful ambient lighting throughout the apartment added to the luxurious vibe. The living space was cozy yet stylish, with all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the impeccable customer service. I felt valued as a guest, and nothing was too much trouble for the team. The free on-site parking and the excellent location added even more convenience to the experience.
I can confidently say that I will return for another stay. If you’re looking for a first-class, hassle-free experience in Bradford, look no further than Optimal Apartments

OMG, love this place
OMG, loved our stay, the rooms are way bigger than they look in the photos, exceeded our expectations.
The staff are amazing, super helpful, professional and polite.
One of the few places which lives up to its marketing.
They even acted on constructive comments I made on how to improve the accommodation.
10 out of 10 will be going back, every room is themed differently so a new experience every time.

Perfect short getaway!
Stayed at optimal apartments designer suite for my wife's birthday. Highly recommend booking here. Exactly as the pictures show. The whole place was clean and modern with everything you need. Led lights and speakers around the apartment were brilliant. Very large tvs in the rooms with netflix,youtube etc. The large jacuzzi bath was the highlight of the stay. Will defiantly stay again and the host Bobsy was spot on and very helpful with anything we needed.

what an absolute gem of a property. Highly Recommend
Well what an absolute gem of a property this was. We had the most amazing host Bina who welcomed us and accommodated us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning. So much thought has gone into designing the apartments and they are well looked after. Our apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The host was great. Contacted us to arrange for check in time. Was at the property to welcome us, explained how to use everything in the apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Amazing stay here
Amazing stay here. Apartments are exactly as seen on photos. The luxurious feeling is apparent as soon as you step in the carpark.
The welcome is an amazing touch, such helpful lovely people.
The facilities are gorgeous, clean and well kept.
Will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in the area

Luxury apartment at excellent price!
Optimal apartments was, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. From the location (opposite an award-winning park), to the apartment and the customer service - it exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Designer Suite, which was spectacular- the hosts thought about the smallest of details such as bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes etc. and the cleanliness of the place is astounding! It is clear they take pride in their apartments because of how organised and gleaming it was. The host met us by the door; she was extremely informative and helpful, offering a personalised service. Bina gave us a recommendation list of food places to try, which had been tried & tested which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue with our Netflix but this was dealt with immediately! The best thing about the apartment was the hot tub and the television - a relaxing combo. We are definitely returning to the Optimal Apartments - it was a luxury stay with an excellent price!

The apartment itself is lovely
The apartment itself is lovely, decently decorated to say it’s like an old building but the Hosts were very unprofessional, uncomfortable to speak with and acting very weirdly. They do a lot of checks which are unnecessary and make the process long and awkward. It’s like a mini interview.
The location is decent however since it’s opposite a big park expect the usual noises, traffic and people talking, shouting, drunk and all these sorts of things.

You have given an email address which is invalid. And your name which we do not have a booking under for 12/04/2024 you have mentioned booking.com but we don’t have any bookings on that date from booking.com
How have you managed to give us a review when you haven’t stayed at our apartments?
Again another fake review by the same person. You have stated your experience date with us was on 12/04/2024 upon checking we had 2 lovely guests booked in that date and they enjoyed their stay with us.
We do not do any checks what so ever so we’re not sure where you have got this information from.
If this is a genuine review can you provide us with your full name, contact number, date of your booking and source of booking?

Stayed on the Saturday night can’t recommend it enough, very clean throughout bath was amazing and Bobsy is a proper nice bloke went out of his way to make us feel at home plus had loads of recommendations for food etc.. Will definitely be staying again

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024…
I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apartment which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me with my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apartments. Our stay was worth every penny.

Made a booking for Mother’s Day and…
Made a booking for Mother’s Day and paid for the apartment as well, only to be called by a horrible, rude lady to say that they overbooked on this particular apartment and that they are happy to refund me. This is an absolute joke and no compensation offered only offered alternative day which is NOT WHY I BOOKED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Firstly we are not fully booked for Mother’s Day which is tomorrow and we have not had any booking that we had to call the guest to cancel or amend. We have a system were we do not get double bookings.
You have mentioned that the person you spoke to agreed to refund you and then state alternative day?? This doesn’t make sense?
Again this is a fake review and I request Trustpilot to look into this as this person is continuously putting up 1 star reviews and false reviews!
The contact number you have provided is not valid? We have tried to call but the number is shown as not valid? Just confirms that the review is incorrect.
Incorrect number provided and you have call logs proof can’t be more unrealistic.
If your accusations are true can you provide us with the call logs, confirmation of your booking, the source you have used for your booking and the email address used.
We pride ourselves with the standards of our apartments and service we provide to all our guests. The reviews we have from all our previous guests prove this.
This reviewer is either a competitor or a person who knows our establishment and just wants to lower our star rating.

I can’t even believe how amazing and beautiful this place was to stay at, the staff service was amazing and the check in was very simple and easy and everything got explained very well. The room was breathtaking, it was so clean and soBeautiful, it was amazing to stay in. they have plenty of packages if you want to surprise your other half. I would highly recommend optimal apartments and i would most definitely go back again and again. THANK YOU Bina and Bobsy.

I stayed with my wife 3 nights
I stayed with my wife 3 nights, 25,26,27 October 2023, it was fantastic place to stay all rooms equipped with smart tvs even tv in bathroom, smart speakers in all rooms including bathroom you can attach speakers with tv or your phone all necessary things was in apartment so i can say best place to stay, my wife loved this place, I fully recommend.
