Booked a night here for me & my partner. It was beyond my expectations! Bobsy was brilliant, showing me into & around the apartment before the other half saw the surprise, everything about it is amazing, so modern, fresh and clean! The huge jacuzzi bath was definitely a big hit! Him and the team really made our stay a beautiful experience!

Just as we checked out this morning, we were quickly shown into one of the other apartments.. safe to say we will be returning 2 or 12 more times in the future, the reviews and photos for this place really do not lie 😍

Okay so I Booked this for my husbands 30th and all I can think about is when are we going back next! Everything was outstanding! Can’t thank bobsy enough! So down to earth! Showed us everything before hand & made sure we were comfortable, customer service is spot on! & you will be more than satisfied! If your after a luxury stay then this is the place to be!
From every little detail of interior to the bedroom, the layout and settings, the sound system, Netflix and yourube, wifi included! it was all spot on! The hot tub was a bonus! The minute I got home I just thought, we need to go back now! Genuinely having withdrawal symptoms!
I also booked the birthday package for the night and it was honestly beautiful! Now waiting for the time we can book again!

The host was amazing and very informative. The apartment was unbelievably clean, comfortable and stylish. Definitely will would book again.

Bobsy the owner was amazing, such a lovely and humble guy! He welcomed us and showed us around the apartment! I also booked a birthday package, which also looked amazing! We will defo be returning to Optimal Apartments again!

Absolutely out of this world we have had the best relaxed time the apartment was to very very high standards spotlessly clean every thing about the apartment made it good the led lights was so good once all dark outside made it all cosy … thank you so much once again Bobsey ❤️

Booked this for the start of my partners birthday/our anniversary weekend. Stayed for 1 night in Apartment 2- definitely the best experience apart from gutted that we only stayed for 1 night- it definitely wasn’t enough. Only 20min drive from Leeds so perfect location. Outside area- all lit up nicely and private parking with cctv which was really good, check in was easy with Bobsy too and he also recommended some places to go for food (definitely need to try Suede steakhouse- you will not be disappointed). In the apartment- owner showed us how everything works and spent a good time with us answering anything we need- which is so caring and genuine; entertainment system all throughout the apartment (even in bathroom), LED lighting to control mood in every room from a remote which is amazing. Can connect phone to the speakers too- nice touch. Netflix, tv, youtube all on the smart TVs including the one in the bathroom which was very useful for us. Every inch was immaculate clean and nice, even tiniest little details were thought of throughout the apartment. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Not need to worry about anything when booking this. Oh and of course- the jacuzzi, so large and strong. Definitively worth the money. Will for sure be coming back soon!

I just spent my birthday at one of these beautiful apartments😍don’t normally leave reviews but this place is a have to! Was so pleased with the amount of work put into this place it’s was just perfect. The owner put effort into making us feel as welcome as possible and gave us all the information we needed! 100% coming again!

Amazing find! Beautiful rooms and very clean. Amazing service from Bobsy. Lovely genuine guy. We will definitely be staying again, Even showed us the other rooms and all are different. Can’t wait to be back

My partner and I stayed here earlier this week and the only thing I can say is WOW. From the outside area, the house it self down to the fine details inside the apartment like the lighting and fixtures everything was amazing. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it, every inch was immaculate and clean, there was absolutely nothing to speak negative about. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and huge the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is fully kitted out with anything you’d need as well as the bathroom too. Amazing value for money 100%, you can tell so much love and time has gone into the finishes of this apartment. It certainly made my partners birthday a special one and we are already planning our next stay here! The owner was super helpful too, he provided us with a detailed list of restaurants as we weren’t from the city and were looking for a nice meal, he took the time to make it personal and get to know us and genuinely cared which was a very nice touch. You won’t regret staying here it’s absolutely amazing!

Amazing stay at the apartment we stayed for 4 nights. Place was great jacuzzi was excellent. Had a great stay. The host was really accommodating to our needs by providing facilities for my baby he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would visit again and would highly recommend to others.

As soon as we walked in we were amazed. This apartment was recently built and is very modern. Great large jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Smart TVs in living room, bedroom and even the bathroom. Loved everything about it. Bobsy is a great host, goes through everything with you, showing you how to operate the surround system, lighting, heating and hottub. He is very friendly and answers all queries. Even sends a list fantastic nearby foodplaces and things to do. All in all extremely pleased with my stay, I will definitely be returning. Keep up the amazing work Bobsy!

We had a lovely stay at Bobsy’s apartment - the location was great as it was close to city centre and we got to try loads of great restaurants. The apartment was so much more modern compared to others around the area with great features such as LED mood lights, a hot tub, great sound system, netflix. Bobsy greeted us really nicely and showed us around, and also recommended us restaurants etc. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing apartment to get away in… Bobsey was lovely he showed us all around and told us how to use all the equipment inside. Great stay myself and my partner loved it would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back in the near future . We did stay in a different one close to the date and the difference between the two was definitely recognised I would 100% pick optimal apartments without a doubt.

Best apartments out there! As soon as we came we were greeted by the most loveliest host named Bina who took her time to explain how everything in the apartment works thoroughly and even took her time to show us the new apartments they’re doing up that we were interested in for the future. The apartment itself was so clean and beautifully decorated and designed. We especially loved the full surround sound speakers that linked in all the rooms. The next day at checkout time we met the other host Bobsy who was also extremely respectful and kind enough to let us wait inside until our transport arrived! Honestly really enjoyed our stay , 10/10 from us. We’ll be back

Stayed here last night last minute after being let down by other accommodation! All I can say is am glad we was let down!! Amazing clean apartment. Bobsy met us at the apartment gave us a full tour showed us how everything worked!! Recommened some lovely takeout. We will definitely be returning and already told my friends and family about them.

Cannot recommend the apartment or the service we received enough. The apartment exceeded our expectations and Bobsey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special. Will definitely be returning didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful nights stay in this beautiful apartment. Absolutely blown away. The attention to detail throughout the full place is off the chart. From the lighting to the full surround sound speakers that link through to every room. Our favourite part was the hot tub with its built in TV and speakers. Bobsy was the most welcoming host we could of asked for, a real top guy. He showed us around the whole place and even took the time to tell us about the local attractions. Highly HIGHLY recommend..!!!!!!!! 👍 ps the photos don't do it justice.
