The Same has happened with me like…
The Same has happened with me like other customers here and it’s just ridiculous
They took over my energy supplier without my consent or having a contract signed while I continued paying another supplier who were sending me regular bills for months and never heard or received a single bill form them, then they surprised me with a £3000 bill to pay !! Very unprofessional to not let people acknowledge you’re supplying them or send a single bill then come with this enormous bill that it’s not even realistic for a short period of time.
They are poor at communication and do not respond to calls or emails in due time. I am appalled that this has happened and even more so at their lack of consideration in this time when people are worried about their energy suppliers.
