Delivered quickly. Love the brush.

Only positive side is it's powerful (when the filling hole is open). Nothing else. Bad construction, the seals are so tight, so no air can go to the reservoir making vacuum and losing power very quickly at2/3rd of the level. Need to keep open the filling hole cap allways to work properly, but the water is leaking from there. Very difficult to disassemble it for cleaning. Very difficult to clean it if manage to open it at all. Too many sharp angles inside and pockets trapping dirt. Very strange and wrong decision to keep inside second nozzle always in touch with the water. It's with tight air seals inside, but very weak seals from outside, so the water can go to the wires and it start working from it self, spraying with leftover water everywhere. The command buttons are not very well placed. After less than year the plastic change the colour. Overpriced as well especially for this low quality. It's cheaper, more reliable and better constructed alternatives on the market.

Our 10 month old has just got his first 4 front teeth through and was fascinated with mine and my partners ORDOs. He would hold it and put it in his mouth. So to encourage him early on to brush his teeth growing up, we purchased him a squishmallow ORDO and he absolutely loves it. The sonic vibrations are not too much for him and it’s getting him used to a necessity as he grows up. Aswell I think he loves the feeling on his teeth and gums be it that he’s teething. 4 ORDOs now in our household. Thank you 😁

Best Toothbrush on the market, used them for about 4-5 yesrs now & wouldnt buy anyother. You can always usually get a deal on them & the brushes.

Good quality products - got an electric toothbrush and sonic water flossed. Both great. My only criticism is the tactile coating on the toothbrush seems to have degraded over the course of about a year, and now feels tacky to touch, which isn’t ideal when you’d like to keep the toothbrush for a long time.

Brilliant product!! Didn't get shouted at by dentist/hygienist for first time in two years. Mine failed to charge after a month so I contacted Ordo....no drama...new sent as replacement within days. Very easy company ro deal with

Quick delivery tome

I have made a number of purchases from Ordo and they have been excellent. The quality of the toothbrushes is fantastic and the ease of ordering new heads is a benefit. I have also had to seek support from Customer Service and they have been quick and helpful.

Really great fun style of toothbrushes for my children. They love the squishmallow characters especially the toothbrush covers included.

The OrdoFloss I purchased was to replace the now unavailable oral B pro expert. Ordo is a PTFE type tape which is good but is so thin it’s like cotton, sadly it is advertised as mint flavour however it has no flavour whatsoever . It is the closest thing to Oral B but not on par with it. Sadly I would not purchase again

update ! Ordo reached out to me in regards to my review above, they have taken on board my comments with a very positive attitude and have shown exceptional customer service in my case. Although this product did not work out for myself it is still a good alternative if you use PTFE dental floss. Thank you Ordo team for the resolution.

My package still hasn't arrived. Ordered on the 26/05. And no option to see the status.

Excellent customer service. I emailed Ordo asking about a cosmetic issue I had with the handle coating on my brush purchased last year. Sarah responded within 24 hours asking me to return my item for a replacement. I returned it on the Tuesday, emailing proof of postage, and had my new replacement toothbrush on the Saturday morning. That is gold standard customer service! The minor issue apart, this is the best electric toothbrush I have purchased. After using it for a few months my dental hygienist complemented me on how clean my teeth/gums were. And the price is far lower than so many other, not as good, alternatives.

Been almost a week since ordering and no sign of anything actually being delivered
