Good variety of products but almost…
Good variety of products but almost every time some of the products I order are out of stock.
The major problem for me is delivery hours. Although, I leave a note regarding our preferable delivery time they tend to ignore it. They usually send a link the day before which is to accept or reschedule delivery slot but actually you cannot reschedule. Last time, although I asked to deliver late in the afternoon as we are not at home before 6pm, the driver came at 4pm! This is a problem especially when the order contains frozen products or meat. So they had to come on another day which was actually 5 days later. That could have been prevented if they had taken into account my preference regarding delivery time when I placed the order.

Although as you may appreciate that is not possible at all times, within the given timeframe. We aim to accommodate requests and deliver the goods safely with our own fleet of drivers and vans.

Fantastic range and quality of Greek products, including kaimaki ice cream and Terkenlis desserts even when it’s not Christmas or Easter! Very quick delivery and responded with a very helpful solution when I didn’t add a product in my basket. Great find!
