Resposta da Orranje Performance Ltd
Hi Phil,
Thank you for the Trustpilot review. Sorry you weren't happy with our service enough to offer a 5 star review.
You mention that you can't see a delivery date for your order, but we state on the MINI JCW GP2 Rear Diffuser Kit product page that it is a special order item, with a lead time of approx 7-10 working days - your order was delivered within 7 working days, so I don't feel the rating and review is particularly fair towards us.
If you ever need to query an order, we are only an email away, and we are always happy to advise on the current status. We also automatically provide tracking details where applicable.
If there's anything we can do to assist, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Many thanks,
Oli
